I had a personal loan from Fullerton for which last EMI scheduled to be pay at 4th July and it is already paid but Fullerton has mentioned my account as settled and suit filled in Experian Report.

I am currently out of a job, do not have any income, and have been facing financial issues due to which I have fallen behind a few EMIs to Fullerton. But now I am constantly being harassed by Loan Recovery Agents. I understand it is their job to recover loans but they are using intimidating and defaming tactics. They illegally obtained numbers of some people from my Facebook. They kept calling them and calling a young girl and lied that I have taken 10 lakhs and run away and asked why they are supporting me and saying all other kinds of defaming things. Why should my financial situation be given to a third party without my consent?
Even after I spoke to them and asked for some time to make arrangements and settle the matter, they keep calling after every few seconds and keep me engaged on the phone for hours. They are not ready to send me their official ids to verify, they even refuse to tell me which recovery agency they are calling me from and keep asking me for my address and threatening me.
They are using these tactics to purposely claim me as a wilful defaulter and that I have no intention to pay. Even though I am constantly going on telling them that I am not a wilful defaulter, I want to pay and settle this but I need some time to make arrangements. They are telling me to sell my house, sell my jewelry, etc. to make the payment. Is this how they are supposed to harass us? They have been calling me non-stop, speaking rudely, harassing me, and now letting me do any work. I am not able to concentrate on getting any work because they don't stop calling and harassing me. Today I was in a meeting, trying to get some work, but they kept calling and I had to stop that meeting.
Fullerton India called me upfront and gave me the loan because I was working and had income. But right now I don't have any income. I am trying to work and earn some money but with these constant harassment calls, I am not able to do that either. It is also affecting my health. My phone is constantly busy because of their calls so no one is able to get in touch with me. Sometimes I have to switch off my phone because they don't stop calling even after I speak to them the same day, at least 10 times. My family is getting worried about me because they can't get in touch with me and they keep calling my relatives and some third party and harassing them and giving them all my information.
I have the recordings of all the calls and I am ready to furnish them as and when required.
I will appreciate it if Fullerton can take some action and give me some respite from this. I want to settle my loan but I need some time to arrange for the money. I also want the details of the recovery agency and the agents who have been calling me because I want to give their information to the nearest police station because I fear for my safety from these people who are calling, yelling on the phone, and harassing me.

I have took the loan from Fullerton India and i am unable to pay the emi because of job lost, financial crunches lockdown, 3 days ago i have received the call from my colleague that I have took the loan and give his number in reference however I didn't do this because the colleague who is called me he was join my last year and i have took the loan 3 to 4 years ago, so how they get his number and from where they purchase my data to call my contact list who give them a authority i have readied for settlement, they give me a settlement letter and i have arranged the same but what they did, they again call my contact list, this is not the right thing which they are doing, kindly look into this.

I am a salaried person and have a Lap loan from Fullerton india credit company with loan account no - [protected].
I had applied for foreclosure letter to close this loan and Fullerton is charging foreclosure charges of more than 4% on my loan.

Firstly they converted my HL into Lap as this loan was earlier running from HDFC LTD which i have taken to purchase my home without my consent and did fraud with me.

I am salaried person and have asked them to transfer my HL of HDFC LTD to Fullerton in HOME LOAN but they mis leaded me and converted it into LAP and now when i want to close this loan they are charging foreclosure charges.

As per RBI any NBFC or Bank cannot charge prepayment penalties on floating rates mortgage loans.

Kindly look into this and take action against this NBFC.

I have never applied for anything with Fullerton India but received a message which is attached as below. Is this a scam?

I have been receiving SMS from AX-FICRCL which stating that to pay over due loan amount, that i never taken from Fullertonindia.

To avoid any legal implications so here I'm registering Complaint also i dropped a complaint mail to [protected]@fullertonindia.com

Kindly take necessary action to stop sending this SMS to my number.

My self Manishkumar Ram son of shyamsunder Ram, my father shyamsunder Ram have loan against property from Fullerton grihsakti india. He died on 22 April 2023 and I am his only son.After Covid my father was not able to pay emi on time because of which currently 4 emi is pending but he was paying emi regularly other than that till date. Currently i am asking for loan settlement but they are refusing to do even after my father paid amount more than approved loan amount till date. Loan was sectioned in May 2017. My current situation is really bad and the emi amount is 11840PM which is almost 65% of my salary. My mother is there whom I need to take care of. But in current situation They are threatening to sell our house or to pay due+charges+regular emi's which is around 60000. My father Loan account number is [protected].
Kindly help me settle this loan as soon as possible.

I took a home loan from this organization. I'm trying to foreclose the loan, but company say your business loan and charge 5% extra amount in foreclose letter. i give 1330000 loan after regular 38 month emi pay (7 lack with interest) my outstanding amount in foreclose letter 1261000 and 5% extra means 1348000 total pay . i am many complaint head office in Chennai also but not any satisfy answer. in this process 2 month expire i want agree for total close say this company your foreclose letter expire apply for new letter and this letter give me after 30 day is rule of this company. then apply for letter not answer if email. the contact number is out of service, and the app is also showing a technical issue—also, there is no reply on whats app. When I visit the branch, they say server issues for the past 20-25 days. Loan closed on 18th march 2023 but on 4th April 2023 Emi of Rs 27834/- presented and debited in our account.
Reported the matter in their connaught place Delhi office .But no one is helpfull
Staff is very rude and non cooperative.

I'm trying to reach ; the contact number is out of service, website is showing a technical issue, and the app is also showing a technical issue—also, no reply on what's app.

I have made full payment for account closure in fullerton india on 13th march but till now fullerton india company has not closed the account, i will complain in rbi

Fullerton India is not closing my loan. When I visit branch they are saying server issue from past 15/20 days.
Very much disappointed with Fullerton.
They are deducting my emi and charging every days emi but are not closing my loan

I took a personal loan from this organization. Now I visited their office on 24th March, 2023 .But they told that since 22nd March, 23 their application is down as well as few services. Today its 31st March, still they are clueless when this issue will be fixed and the daily interest is growing day by day. Plz take necessary take so that it can be foreclosed as early as possible

I have taken a loan in the above company for my two wheeler and I have paid all the emi before the due date and finished in 2014 itself. But I didn't got the noc letter from the concern team. Please do the needful . Here I attached my scooter registration number and details

I have paid full amount of my loan on 13th feb 2023 and after giving number of dates it has been 45 + days still neither my loan is closed nor NOC is issued. I have made 100 of calls Nd mailed 100 times to fullerton but no one is helping me. They have given dates 10times but after that no response is given . I talked to seniors still no help only said to wait. They have 15 day policy of loan closure and NOC issuance after laon is paid but no response no help at all. So final conclusion is i have paid full loan i have statement of fullerton and after 45 days loan is active cibil is effecting NOC is not issued please help please. There customer care is worst ever they are not there for help but just for information provider

I have not taken any loan, they are harassing me and my family for someone else's loan. They are putting pressure on me to pay off other's loan. And when I told them that I will complain to the police, they say, do whatever you want, we will call and abuse like this. Please file a defamation case against him so that he does not bother anyone again.

I have been paying my all the EMI'S but due to sudden critical conditions I m not able to pay my EMI
And I have requested for time
But the recovery agents are harrassing and threatening me to pay.

They have also called my contacts list no.

Kindly help such a big and reputed company, recovery agents are crossing their limits and talking very unprofessionally and harrassing me to pay .
