I took a personal loan from this organization. Now I visited their office on 24th March, 2023 .But they told that since 22nd March, 23 their application is down as well as few services. Today its 31st March, still they are clueless when this issue will be fixed and the daily interest is growing day by day. Plz take necessary take so that it can be foreclosed as early as possible

I have taken a loan in the above company for my two wheeler and I have paid all the emi before the due date and finished in 2014 itself. But I didn't got the noc letter from the concern team. Please do the needful . Here I attached my scooter registration number and details

I have paid full amount of my loan on 13th feb 2023 and after giving number of dates it has been 45 + days still neither my loan is closed nor NOC is issued. I have made 100 of calls Nd mailed 100 times to fullerton but no one is helping me. They have given dates 10times but after that no response is given . I talked to seniors still no help only said to wait. They have 15 day policy of loan closure and NOC issuance after laon is paid but no response no help at all. So final conclusion is i have paid full loan i have statement of fullerton and after 45 days loan is active cibil is effecting NOC is not issued please help please. There customer care is worst ever they are not there for help but just for information provider

I have not taken any loan, they are harassing me and my family for someone else's loan. They are putting pressure on me to pay off other's loan. And when I told them that I will complain to the police, they say, do whatever you want, we will call and abuse like this. Please file a defamation case against him so that he does not bother anyone again.

I have been paying my all the EMI'S but due to sudden critical conditions I m not able to pay my EMI
And I have requested for time
But the recovery agents are harrassing and threatening me to pay.

They have also called my contacts list no.

Kindly help such a big and reputed company, recovery agents are crossing their limits and talking very unprofessionally and harrassing me to pay .

In year 2016, I was working with NSGE at that time Company had taken loan on the behalf of me from Fullerton. Agreement No [protected]. Loan was scantioned of Rs 106000/- we had paid 112000/- Now Fullerton is demanding more to pay rs 200000rs. We discussed with them that the said amt is not be able to payable.
I left NSGE in 2019. Now I am working with Raftaar Express. Fullerton agent are unesserly visiting my office and spoiling my name due to this I will going to lose my job.
Fullerton agent is threatening me that they will beat me and remove me from job.
We are 7 members in family. My father is suffering from cancer, my mother is heart patient. There are 2 sisters who are blind my wife and my daughter. If I lose this job how can we servive. Please help me. The agent name is Akash Jagtap. His number is [protected]

I have not been able to pay my monthly installments since the lockdown and I have faced all sorts of harassments so far. They have been visiting my home address and talking rudely to my mother in my absence. She is a senior citizen with a bad medical condition. I realize its wrong on my part to not have paid on time but I need the bank to understand that I've just been a victim of the circumstances, prior to the pandemic i had not missed on a single payment.
I need the bank to work this out with me and not harass me or my family members about this. Despite me attending their calls and messages they've been targeting and picking up on my family members.
Is this really fair??
who is going to be held responsible if anything bad happens to my mother or my other family members??
I am ok with the fact that my image has been tarnished very badly on every front. Its hard for me to even find a decent paying job.
Is it a fact that one is to either payback or succumb to humiliation and stress and eventually die???
I am delinquent on all my personal loans which is from two other banks (IDFC & RBL) Not once have these banks ever crossed their limits whereas Fullerton bank associates simply say that they are not a Bank and are NBFC and they have all the rights to recover in any possible way.
I need someone to please look into this. They have not been able to provide me with a feasible solution so that I could even pay them back. All they want to do is harass me as some Senior Officials from the Andheri Marol branch have taken things personally and clearly even told me during my bank visit that it doesn't matter if they're not able to recover any money and that they want to teach me a lesson.

Dear Sirs,
I am not a customer of Fullerton India. But they illegally put an Enach on my ICICI Savings Bank account and deducted Rs.7384 on November 7th. I have complained to Fullerton India via ticket number 13174503 but no action has bedn taken. I want my money refunded otherwise I will file a case with RBI Banking Ombudsman as well as in consumer court.

I am not a customer of Fullerton India. But they deducted Rs.7384 from ICICI Savings account without my permission and also put an Enach on my account without my permission. I have complained via their website through ticket number 13174503 but there has been no action taken. I will be filing a case against them to RBI as well as in Consumer Court.

My village housewifes take some personal loan 30000 and laready paid 90% after that the collection agent never come and collect..two months before another agent come and say still need to pay 90% ...because they said before collection agent is already corrupted and hide ...so the amount never deduct from customer loan account..how come this is customer problem, , this is your problem...do not torchure to ladies...if you want loan amount please bring evidences (log book always ladies signed every month and catch the previous agent bring him also).this is the number [protected] he is the one using badwords to ladies ..if we asking submit the evidence he say dont have then how come he using badwords and torchure...fullerton must control your collection agents...

I have not taken any loan from your company, but still i am getting calls (From [protected]) for recovery of some one else's loan.
i have been bombarded by 15-16 calls a day for a payment reminder and recovery of loan that i have not taken, its on somebody else's name.
i am getting multiple calls from agents and automated bot calls.

I don't know how you people got my number and why your recovery agents are calling irrelevant persons like me.
please fix this else i ll file a FIR,

Collection agent offered me, you will get 55% to waver for on your penalty charges if you paid on the same day (10 may 2022) and also you will get it noc within 15 days on your address. So i have done the payment at the same time only but till date, i didn't receive noc. One more issue, branch manager saying to me that i have to do payment again ....

I am a reference of one of your customers. She has defaulted the loan and not paying eni due to which I am getting abusive and vulgar calls from your collection agency, have file hell lots of complaint and sent multiple mails but still facing same issue. I have been torture like anything and given bad words as well to me. I am fed up and have bp problems.

Would request you to arrange a call back from a responsible person to handle this case and close or else this time I am going to file a case against your company. Have already mailed this issue today on ccrc and crpc of rbi.

Despite multiple email follow ups, calls, I did not get any response from their team in last 20 days. Interest is getting accumulated each day and they are not ready to provide me the procedure to foreclose my loan account. I have escalated this case to their senior officials twice via dedicated email id to handle complaints which is also very unresponsive. I'm infuriated by their response and they also increased interest rates multiple times...

I have taken Personal Loan of amount 1 lac from 'Moneyview' app. My LAN number is [protected] and I have have also made a payment of foreclosure amount of INR 32, 915 on 9th Feb 2022. And 'Moneyview' app is showing the loan is closed as well.

But still the 2 DPD's file in credit reporting for month of May 2022 and June 2022.

Could you please correct/update the same and let me know if anything required from my site.

Recovery agent of Fulltron Indian finance are calling to my contact list and giving them badwords, i have phone recording of it, , pls i request you to take action against them

And i paid more than 1 lakh to them loan amount + additional charges as fulletron said
Still they asking me pay 25, 000 more
It's above 50% interest they are asking me
