In year 2016, I was working with NSGE at that time Company had taken loan on the behalf of me from Fullerton. Agreement No [protected]. Loan was scantioned of Rs 106000/- we had paid 112000/- Now Fullerton is demanding more to pay rs 200000rs. We discussed with them that the said amt is not be able to payable.
I left NSGE in 2019. Now I am working with Raftaar Express. Fullerton agent are unesserly visiting my office and spoiling my name due to this I will going to lose my job.
Fullerton agent is threatening me that they will beat me and remove me from job.
We are 7 members in family. My father is suffering from cancer, my mother is heart patient. There are 2 sisters who are blind my wife and my daughter. If I lose this job how can we servive. Please help me. The agent name is Akash Jagtap. His number is [protected]

I have not been able to pay my monthly installments since the lockdown and I have faced all sorts of harassments so far. They have been visiting my home address and talking rudely to my mother in my absence. She is a senior citizen with a bad medical condition. I realize its wrong on my part to not have paid on time but I need the bank to understand that I've just been a victim of the circumstances, prior to the pandemic i had not missed on a single payment.
I need the bank to work this out with me and not harass me or my family members about this. Despite me attending their calls and messages they've been targeting and picking up on my family members.
Is this really fair??
who is going to be held responsible if anything bad happens to my mother or my other family members??
I am ok with the fact that my image has been tarnished very badly on every front. Its hard for me to even find a decent paying job.
Is it a fact that one is to either payback or succumb to humiliation and stress and eventually die???
I am delinquent on all my personal loans which is from two other banks (IDFC & RBL) Not once have these banks ever crossed their limits whereas Fullerton bank associates simply say that they are not a Bank and are NBFC and they have all the rights to recover in any possible way.
I need someone to please look into this. They have not been able to provide me with a feasible solution so that I could even pay them back. All they want to do is harass me as some Senior Officials from the Andheri Marol branch have taken things personally and clearly even told me during my bank visit that it doesn't matter if they're not able to recover any money and that they want to teach me a lesson.

Dear Sirs,
I am not a customer of Fullerton India. But they illegally put an Enach on my ICICI Savings Bank account and deducted Rs.7384 on November 7th. I have complained to Fullerton India via ticket number 13174503 but no action has bedn taken. I want my money refunded otherwise I will file a case with RBI Banking Ombudsman as well as in consumer court.

I am not a customer of Fullerton India. But they deducted Rs.7384 from ICICI Savings account without my permission and also put an Enach on my account without my permission. I have complained via their website through ticket number 13174503 but there has been no action taken. I will be filing a case against them to RBI as well as in Consumer Court.

My village housewifes take some personal loan 30000 and laready paid 90% after that the collection agent never come and collect..two months before another agent come and say still need to pay 90% ...because they said before collection agent is already corrupted and hide ...so the amount never deduct from customer loan account..how come this is customer problem, , this is your problem...do not torchure to ladies...if you want loan amount please bring evidences (log book always ladies signed every month and catch the previous agent bring him also).this is the number [protected] he is the one using badwords to ladies ..if we asking submit the evidence he say dont have then how come he using badwords and torchure...fullerton must control your collection agents...

I have not taken any loan from your company, but still i am getting calls (From [protected]) for recovery of some one else's loan.
i have been bombarded by 15-16 calls a day for a payment reminder and recovery of loan that i have not taken, its on somebody else's name.
i am getting multiple calls from agents and automated bot calls.

I don't know how you people got my number and why your recovery agents are calling irrelevant persons like me.
please fix this else i ll file a FIR,

Collection agent offered me, you will get 55% to waver for on your penalty charges if you paid on the same day (10 may 2022) and also you will get it noc within 15 days on your address. So i have done the payment at the same time only but till date, i didn't receive noc. One more issue, branch manager saying to me that i have to do payment again .

I am a reference of one of your customers. She has defaulted the loan and not paying eni due to which I am getting abusive and vulgar calls from your collection agency, have file hell lots of complaint and sent multiple mails but still facing same issue. I have been torture like anything and given bad words as well to me. I am fed up and have bp problems.

Would request you to arrange a call back from a responsible person to handle this case and close or else this time I am going to file a case against your company. Have already mailed this issue today on ccrc and crpc of rbi.

I have taken Personal Loan of amount 1 lac from 'Moneyview' app. My LAN number is [protected] and I have have also made a payment of foreclosure amount of INR 32, 915 on 9th Feb 2022. And 'Moneyview' app is showing the loan is closed as well.

But still the 2 DPD's file in credit reporting for month of May 2022 and June 2022.

Could you please correct/update the same and let me know if anything required from my site.

Recovery agent of Fulltron Indian finance are calling to my contact list and giving them badwords, i have phone recording of it, , pls i request you to take action against them

And i paid more than 1 lakh to them loan amount + additional charges as fulletron said

It's above 50% interest they are asking me

They made a default and it's effected my cibil

I had availed loan from property loan frin Fullerton in 2018 in the same year they increased my thrice and in this month again for the 4th time I know this is a floating rate and will keep on varying basis Change in REPO rate. But when RBI decreased REPO rate and the whole industry has decreased the rate post covid they didn't reduced it even after several request and now the moment RBI increased the REPO rate and coming back to pre COVID they immediately increased the rate saying REPO rate has change which is unethical when they had not came down to post covid rates and given benefit to customer how can the now increase the rate as they are charging me the same rate through out this 2.5years. If they had reduced my rate they theu have the right to increase the rate and bring it back as per increasing trend.
This company is just stilling money from customer and forcing us to pay heavy interest and as our properties are pledged we are bound to pay this heavy interest. This way we will never finish our loans I took 20 lakhs loan for 180 months in 2018 and got net disbursement of 19 lakh approx now after paying EMI for 3 year my principle is still 19.14 lakhs and my tenor is increased to 227 months. That means my whole life I will be keep on paying this loan. They are just cheating with customers.
Also recently I did the part partpayment just give me th confirmation they tool 9 days and it's been 21 days now still they had not adjusted my part payment and charging me on my whole loan amount.
This clearly shows they are forcing customers to pay heavy interest.

I am requesting for a loan settlement from Fullerton from a along time, which was denied each time. I paid all the EMI's till date by borrowing money from family and friends due to their constant harassment over phone and coming to my door step. I am willing to go for a one time settlement minus the interest and charges as I have already paid a good amount to them.

I have taken loan from fulltron since oct 2021.pqid all installments on time.jue installment (13700/) pending due to health issue.comiited to pay on ist july.but getting regular unnecssary calls from recovery team, using unappropiate words.also rhey sent me notice which i did nott recieve yet.their reprenstative has no sense to talk[protected].i told him, i have given one pament in advance(total 27470-) as told me one time of loan.but they refused now.what is rhis.thay r making fool of innconet coustmors.now rhey r claiming they have deducted file charges.but i have give file charges extra.

"Dear Customer, your Fullerton Gramshakti loan account ending with 01878 is overdue by INR 1302. Please make payment immediately. Kindly ignore if already paid. "

But i have no loan account or money taken from ficcl (Fullerton india credit company limited). This is the first time i know that such company exist. I need the company to check why i received this message and fix it as I am getting monthly same scam messages.

I don't want to get into legal issues for which i am not accountable for.

Due to my loss of job i am not able to pay my loan frm 5 months One of your executive name NEHA SRIVASTAVA is continuing abusing and harassing me. She is harassing me so much that i have got migraine attack today. This company has hacked my phone n calling all relatives. I have complaint about it several times but no one is hearing me. She told me that apne pati s lo paise vo mar gya h kya tujhe chod k bhag gya h this typ of languge she is using chor 420. Tere sanskar kaise hai n all
