I had availed loan from property loan frin Fullerton in 2018 in the same year they increased my thrice and in this month again for the 4th time I know this is a floating rate and will keep on varying basis Change in REPO rate. But when RBI decreased REPO rate and the whole industry has decreased the rate post covid they didn't reduced it even after several request and now the moment RBI increased the REPO rate and coming back to pre COVID they immediately increased the rate saying REPO rate has change which is unethical when they had not came down to post covid rates and given benefit to customer how can the now increase the rate as they are charging me the same rate through out this 2.5years. If they had reduced my rate they theu have the right to increase the rate and bring it back as per increasing trend.
This company is just stilling money from customer and forcing us to pay heavy interest and as our properties are pledged we are bound to pay this heavy interest. This way we will never finish our loans I took 20 lakhs loan for 180 months in 2018 and got net disbursement of 19 lakh approx now after paying EMI for 3 year my principle is still 19.14 lakhs and my tenor is increased to 227 months. That means my whole life I will be keep on paying this loan. They are just cheating with customers.
Also recently I did the part partpayment just give me th confirmation they tool 9 days and it's been 21 days now still they had not adjusted my part payment and charging me on my whole loan amount.
This clearly shows they are forcing customers to pay heavy interest.

I am requesting for a loan settlement from Fullerton from a along time, which was denied each time. I paid all the EMI's till date by borrowing money from family and friends due to their constant harassment over phone and coming to my door step. I am willing to go for a one time settlement minus the interest and charges as I have already paid a good amount to them.

I have taken loan from fulltron since oct 2021.pqid all installments on time.jue installment (13700/) pending due to health issue.comiited to pay on ist july.but getting regular unnecssary calls from recovery team, using unappropiate words.also rhey sent me notice which i did nott recieve yet.their reprenstative has no sense to talk[protected].i told him, i have given one pament in advance(total 27470-) as told me one time of loan.but they refused now.what is rhis.thay r making fool of innconet coustmors.now rhey r claiming they have deducted file charges.but i have give file charges extra.

"Dear Customer, your Fullerton Gramshakti loan account ending with 01878 is overdue by INR 1302. Please make payment immediately. Kindly ignore if already paid. "

But i have no loan account or money taken from ficcl (Fullerton india credit company limited). This is the first time i know that such company exist. I need the company to check why i received this message and fix it as I am getting monthly same scam messages.

I don't want to get into legal issues for which i am not accountable for.

She is harassing me so much that i have got migraine attack today. This company has hacked my phone n calling all relatives. I have complaint about it several times but no one is hearing me. My name is Sachin Waghmare and two wheeler Loan LAN number is [protected], i have taken Loan for duration of 23 months.

It was conveyed to me by Auto Delear and Fullertron Agent that the intrest rate is be 11.8 % for 23 months . but latter on the duration was change to 24 months from backend and the intrest rate is 19.5 % .

after complaning to Fullertron support Customer care, it was aggreed that the rate is less than 11.8 % and duration is 23 months .

But still i have not received any revert on the issue also the ticket has been closed as resolved and there is no response from the Customercare support .

This is Pranay Reddy I had taken loan from Fullerton india home finance(gruhashkthi) loan no [protected].
since 3 and years I am paying the emi continuously with out fail in the pandamic carona situvation also unfortunately I am not getting the salary in time from last 5 months so that I am clearing that emi dues in same month.
But company people are harassing me that they will met property and they write on the property this is belongs to Fullerton india not for sale.
If I am paying missed emi same month and clearing all dues in that month only.
please can you clarify me Is that people are having any right to write that not for sale on my property with out notices.

Dear All,

My Father had got loan from Fullerton and he missed this month EMI due to some emergency. I'm not aware of this situation one of the woman executive called me and told me that you need pay it right away. I have tried to explain her that he had done payment for more than 18months but this current month only may be missed. I said will pay you when my next salay comes.

Due to some phone issue my father was not able to attend the calls.

She started abusing that your father is not taking phone and she asked me to pay.

I asked her this needs to be payed by him since he took the loan and he is earning.

If at all he is not paying you can take actions or intimate me will arrange the funds.

She started abusing in Tamil languages and started scolding my father and me bad words. She is not at all leaving space to speak me.

I got tempered and got frustrated, I said her give some time to arrange funds, but still she was not allowing to speak.

I told her that I'm working on office call me in the evening she was not at all listening and started abusing in Tamil local language. And she was pretending me that she will not allow me to work for the day. As she said started calling me with different phone numbers and disturbing a lot.

Never buy a loan from Fullerton very very very bad experience since she was woman I couldn't able to speak up more.

I have requested her take conference with his manger. She ignored

Due to some work I forced cut the calls from her.

She was pretending me that she will do anything.

Please repect customer and every one will have some difficult situations sometime please allow customer to speak.

If you want to treat customers as local financier you will face the consequences and lose customers.

My humble request: Please train your staff on how to speak with customers. They are not your workers even workers have self respect.

I would request to take strict actions

Note: Please don't go loan with Fullerton India.

I had loans with following banks HDFC, ICICI, Canara, KVB never ever had this kind of situation.

I had done payment for two times for this month emi. I had been struggling to get that back. I had raised multiple complaints on the toll free number and also the app. There is no response, the complaints are closed without any resolution.

After giving false commitment of settlement forcing to pay total amount. Sending executive without any intimation harrasing family members along with kid...

i closed my loan .. i called like 50 times, send email like 50 times but no reply regards noc ..

please issue my noc .. my loan already closed than why you guys not providing my noc ..

when i make online request for noc than they themself closed it ...

but no noc still and it's still showing that your loan is active in cibil

I have a loan with Fullerton India for a long time maintained very good relationship, first time in so many years I missed a payment which I agree I should have not, but when I received a call from Ankita Sharma from Fullerton I asked for time till the 25th April 2022 which is the current month, I missed the EMI on the 5th April due to some emergency, she agreed to give me time by 25th April, but today 10 days from my due date a man visits...

It's Been 4 months and still I didn't get my Full and final settlement because HR clearance is pending. So please kindly process my clearance as soon as possible so i can get my settlement amount.
Yesterday I send a mail to HR aftab and still I did not get any reply from him regarding my query

1. Sir, I took Mortgage loan of 10 lakh rupees from Fulletron India Credit Company Limited in year 2018.
2. Representative of Fulletron India promised me to sanction the loan at 9% but when deposited the processing fee then they charge me 12% ROI.
3. Soon after 8 month they increase the ROI from 12% to 13.25% instead of reducing the rate of SLR and CRR from the RBI.(Copy Attached)
4. Increased in ROI was without any prior information.
5. When I approach to Fulletron India for closing my loan account due to unprecedented increase in ROI. They are asking to pay 40, 388 as a Foreclosure charges.(Copy Attached)
6. Sir I am feeling that I have not taken loan from a regulated financial agency but some local sahookar type office.
Finally I request to RBI official to look in the matter for the increase in ROI and demand for the foreclosure charges.
