    Dear sir/Madam,

    This is with reference to the captioned account number with your company.i understand that my account with your company is overdue to my extreme financial hardship.i would like to bring this to your notice that I have received numerous phone calls/text messages from your employees/agents that are harrasing and threatening in nature..Despite my repeated requests, the frequency of the calls and intimidations ceases to slow down and are intruding into my family life causing great Amount of mental trauma and distress.

    Please note that I have started to record and every single call received from your employees/Agents.

    Please be informed that:-

    The Reserve bank of indias fair practised call for debt collection s(Master circular RBI/2011-12/63 DBOD.No.FSD.BC.14/24.01.011/2011/12)requires that banks and debt collection agents should not resort to intimidation or harrassment of any kind either verbal or physical, against any person in there debt collect efforts.This code also dictates that collection agents should humiliate publicly or intrude the privacy of the debtors family members, referees, friends, by making threatening and anonymous calls or making calls and misleading representations. By sending this communication it is my intention to stop all your calls and collection activity from this day forth..

        Dear team,
        I have bored loan from Stasfin and have NOC letter from Stasfin.
        Fullerton person are haresing and loan still outstanding from Fullerton, but how come it's outstanding from them.if they parenting to Stasfin they have to ask Stasfin why the dam they're are haresing me. All NOC copies attached

            I have taken personal loan from Fullerton India Pvt Ltd. Due to covid, i have taken moratorium for 7 months. Before taken Moratorium, i discussed with them for interest and they replied that you have to pay extra EMI as same as you will take moratorium. Means if i take moratorium for 3 months than i have to pay only 3 extra EMI. Now, they increase 21 EMI. I have taken loan for 7.12 Lakk and i paid 2, 98, 830 in 14 EMI however my principal outstanding is 7.46 Lakh. I am not getting understand. Sir, my highly request please help me out.

              I keep getting several messages everyday for loan offers when I am not interested at all. I don't know how did they get my number and there seems to be no way to stop those messages.

              You are irritating people by bombarding them with messages everyday. With such behaviour you are never going to attract customers but push them away even if they needed loan.

              Stop harassing people!!

                On 28th November, We went to Fullerton India office in Connaught Place, Delhi to foreclose our loan pending amount and even though we did not re-verify the amount that should actually have been pending we still cleared off by paying the remaining amount of INR 81, 387 through cheque and the representative who was coordinating with us all this while - Mr Naresh from their team helped us processing everything that day and said that once the cheque is cleared we will update our records and ensure that the account is marked as closed.

                The cheque got cleared around 7th December and subsequently details were shared with Mr Naresh and the team as well to request them to process the needful from their end.

                Till date, 2 months have crossed and i am still receiving calls from their recovery agents, they are even coming to my home and harassing my parents and my father as a result of ill health due to all this stress also had to be admitted to hospital last week

                This is MENTAL TORTURE BY FULLERTON INDIA PVT LTD

                I HAVE SPOKEN TO ATLEAST 10 DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN THEIR COMPANY AND EVERY TIME THEY PROMISE AND SAY THAT THIS WILL BE HANDLED AND CLOSED AND YOU WILL NOT BE TROUBLED BY THE SAME THING IS BEING CONTINUED AND I AM BEING HARASSED INSPITE OF COMPLETELY CLOSING THE LOAN

                    Hi,

                    I am irshadahmed Syed from Gadag, karnataka, india. I received first sms on 22-October-2020 3:00pm stating

                    "Dear Customer, your Fullerton Gramshakti loan account ending with 00773 is overdue by INR 28846.3. Please make payment immediately. Kindly ignore if already paid. "

                    Dear sir/mam,

                    Iam an old user of fullerton and I have sanctioned flexi icredit a limit of one lakh and it's expired date was February 2022.so whenever I'm trying to drawdown the limit it's asking for an otp. But the fact is that I have never received any otp to drawdown the credit to my registered number. I even tried contacting customer support and today I went to branch in T. Nagar, chennai but they were unable to sort out the issue. There is no problem with my number as I was able to receive all kind of otp except this thing. So kindly resolve the issue. I'm sharing my details

                          Fullertron india credit is worst acting the auto debit processing in my bank,
                          It was processed even without intimation also other that specified date.
                          It process 10 times in month it will eat every time 590/- and almost i loose 5900/- rs but my emi is still not paid and againa it was over failed draft charge 70/-rs for each alomsot 700/- rs fine.
                          It has hard times for every one, and that to i putted rbi monatization also,
                          But this was processing like this eat my bank balance with no use of our emi effect. It still unpaid.

                          When loan application says 17% of interest but this comapny apply on me 40% interest.

                          How this company fraud to the customer's this company signs the aggrement without price full deatails emi amaounts everything. After sign it was generated the emi amounts and price on after 2 days of loan amount credited.
                          I dont think so this kind of rules not putted the rbi.. These fraud company takes the full advantages and blames the low end salaried persons..

                          God is there to punish even if your missing from govt.

                                  As you are aware that RBI has been given moratorium for loan customers due to COVID 2019. But in my case, my banker and loan company are taking interests and all penalties from me. They have deducted a sum of Rs. 21240/- (9440/- already deduct and 11800/-rs. Showing due charges in my account)from my IDBI Account. So, it contradicts the said RBI guidelines. I am neither able to close the Account with the company nor are they cancelling the ECS.
                                  I give below my complete details of loan and detail of company from which I took the loan and banker details: -

                                  · Registered Mob. No. [protected]

                                  · Interest amount or penalty amount debited from my A/c: -Rs. 21240/- (9440/- already deduct and 11800/-rs. Showing due charges in my account)

                                  You are, therefore, requested to look into the matter and arrange to get the interest as well as Penalty amount reversed (credited) to my aforesaid bank account immediately in the light of RBI guidelines regarding moratorium on loan.

                                    Even though I am not have relationship with them, I am getting sms for non payment of loan for last 4month, even after frequent complaint no action taken by them, Its hard on these time to get such message when I have lost my job for covid situation .this affects my health frequently visiting hospital. pls take proper action.
