    Hi,
    I have taken loan from fullerton india and in this covid period it is being a little difficult for paying emis and amount on time, i do not have any wrong intentions of not paying it back but fullerton india have started calling my friend, family members and abuse them, calling them secretary and etc etc. & i have recordings of all these.
    This abusive language and ruining someones public image and reputation is against the law.
    I have never refused to pay, and i have been paying it.
    Kindly stop these things.
    Give me your email so that i may share the loan details.

      THE BRANCH PERSONNEL Ganesh SIR, Abhilash SIR AND NARENDER Dama sir agreed for Loarn restructuring AND CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM representative B. Surya also agreed but 1, 2 persons of the customer service projecting themselves as customerservice manager etc., posting e-mails in contrary to the decision of the branch. Hence I need NAME, E-MAIL ID, ADDREESS AND PHONE NUMBER OF THE CEO OF THE FULLERTON INDIA CREDIT COMPANY LIMITED TO MEET/COMMUNICATE AND EXPLAIN THE GROUND LEVEL PROBLEM OF THE ISSUE RELATED TO MY EXTENTION OF MORATORIUM/RESTRUCTURING FOR ABOUT 12MONTHS MINIMUM TO 18 MONTHS MAXIMUM BEING I HAVE RIGHT AND ELIGIBLE AS PER THE OPENION OF THE BRANCH PEOPLE AFTER FURNISHING OF ALL THE DOCUMENTS AND AGREED TO PROVIDE SO AS PER RBI'S 2.O PLAN.           Hell All,

          I have an ongoing loan with Fullerton India, however due to my father's salary delay and lockdown, we were not able to pay the emi on that specific date. But we made sure that the EMI were paid. Now we have 2 outstanding EMIs to be paid and we are trying our level best to pay. However, the people from Fullerton India recovery department are calling and harassing us. Also they are using abusive language and are rude on the call

              Dear Team,

              In have loan with Fullerton through HDFC bank. I have Month EMI's. this month on 4th date my EMI amount is detected successfully. But after my EMI Detection my account balance was 11, 158.30.

              But Fullerton apply ACH charges 20 times in one day[protected] that amount is 10, 000.00.

              Kindly tale serious action against my complaint and refund my amount as soon as possible because i have to use that amount for other prepuces.

                Sir,

                We had availed loan in Fullerton India Credit and during covid we were made offers by fullerton collection agents for foreclosing the loan. Despite very bad covid situation i pledged all my wife's jewels and paid them the settlement amount they offered. I made the payment in a two month settlement in April and May 2021. I was promised by the collection agents that I will receive the NOC in the next ten days but did not receive the NOC. I have been continously calling different collection agents to only be informed that I will be receiving it soon. Three months have passed since I made the payment. This has caused me severe mental agony. Loan Account No. is [protected].
                My account was handled by Mr. Rajkumar [protected] and the collection manager and collection agent who spoke to us about the foreclosure is Mr. Lokesh [protected] and Mr. Jayaprakash [protected]

                Please do the needful at the earliest

                Also i have been continously receiving text messages asking for pending payments. When i enquired about this, the agents have casually responded that it is the routine message. They kept torturing me for payment and when I have settled the loan they have not provided me the NOC.

                  I take loan amount of Rs.189000. Loan number[protected] as per loan agent told interest rates between 15 to 18 % but they charged 24% and loan amount shows 201000. After raised complaint regarding this after loan disburse they agreed to change ROI after 6 months payments. But ROI still not changed. I took loan feb 2019 I paid now more than 2 years after raised multiple complaints even after ROI not changed everytime they closed complaint.
                  Please help and change ROI ASAP. And I paid every month on 5th but due to financial crisis july 2021 I am unable pay emi. But their collection agents are roughly talking like xxxxing words I mentally tortured they called my friends and family members for 1emi pending.

                    So I'm getting calls off late from few advocates who claim to be the legal consultant for fullerton and kotak. As per them my father has taken a loan of 60, 000 ( the amount which he don't even want) back in 2008 on some address which even my family generations are not connected to. So they threaten me to pay 60k else the Kotak mahindra bank ( according to them kotak has overtken fullerton) would take the legal actions.

                    I asked for what documents were given during the loan procurement and they failed to answer that by telling the bank has all the prrof. This is absurd. This just cannot happen. How can you call some individual and threaten them with legal action for no crime ?

                        This is with reference to the captioned account number with your company.i understand that my account with your company is overdue to my extreme financial hardship.i would like to bring this to your notice that I have received numerous phone calls/text messages from your employees/agents that are harrasing and threatening in nature..Despite my repeated requests, the frequency of the calls and intimidations ceases to slow down and are intruding into my family life causing great Amount of mental trauma and distress.

                        Please note that I have started to record and every single call received from your employees/Agents.

                        The Reserve bank of indias fair practised call for debt collection s(Master circular RBI/2011-12/63 DBOD.No.FSD.BC.14/24.01.011/2011/12)requires that banks and debt collection agents should not resort to intimidation or harrassment of any kind either verbal or physical, against any person in there debt collect efforts.This code also dictates that collection agents should humiliate publicly or intrude the privacy of the debtors family members, referees, friends, by making threatening and anonymous calls or making calls and misleading representations.                             I have bored loan from Stasfin and have NOC letter from Stasfin.
                            Fullerton person are haresing and loan still outstanding from Fullerton, but how come it's outstanding from them.if they parenting to Stasfin they have to ask Stasfin why the dam they're are haresing me. All NOC copies attached

                                I have taken personal loan from Fullerton India Pvt Ltd. Due to covid, i have taken moratorium for 7 months. Before taken Moratorium, i discussed with them for interest and they replied that you have to pay extra EMI as same as you will take moratorium. Means if i take moratorium for 3 months than i have to pay only 3 extra EMI. Now, they increase 21 EMI. I have taken loan for 7.12 Lakk and i paid 2, 98, 830 in 14 EMI however my principal outstanding is 7.46 Lakh. I am not getting understand. Sir, my highly request please help me out.

                                  I keep getting several messages everyday for loan offers when I am not interested at all. I don't know how did they get my number and there seems to be no way to stop those messages.

                                  You are irritating people by bombarding them with messages everyday. With such behaviour you are never going to attract customers but push them away even if they needed loan.

                                  Stop harassing people!!

                                    On 28th November, We went to Fullerton India office in Connaught Place, Delhi to foreclose our loan pending amount and even though we did not re-verify the amount that should actually have been pending we still cleared off by paying the remaining amount of INR 81, 387 through cheque and the representative who was coordinating with us all this while - Mr Naresh from their team helped us processing everything that day and said that once the cheque is cleared we will update our records and ensure that the account is marked as closed.

                                    The cheque got cleared around 7th December and subsequently details were shared with Mr Naresh and the team as well to request them to process the needful from their end.

                                    Till date, 2 months have crossed and i am still receiving calls from their recovery agents, they are even coming to my home and harassing my parents and my father as a result of ill health due to all this stress also had to be admitted to hospital last week

                                    I HAVE SPOKEN TO ATLEAST 10 DIFFERENT PEOPLE IN THEIR COMPANY AND EVERY TIME THEY PROMISE AND SAY THAT THIS WILL BE HANDLED AND CLOSED AND YOU WILL NOT BE TROUBLED BY THE SAME THING IS BEING CONTINUED AND I AM BEING HARASSED INSPITE OF COMPLETELY CLOSING THE LOAN

                                      Myself Sk.abdul.ashik hoosain my LAN acvount no is [protected] I have payment my last settlement emi amount RS 10000 and payment successful
                                      But paytm mobile solution was failed
                                      And my money was debited in my account. So pls look into this matter and money transfer my loan account .otherwise my settlement letter have cancelled.its not my fault.otherwise I go to consumer forum.if my settlement letter is cancelled.

                                        Hi,

                                        I am irshadahmed Syed from Gadag, karnataka, india. I received first sms on 22-October-2020 3:00pm stating

                                        "Dear Customer, your Fullerton Gramshakti loan account ending with 00773 is overdue by INR 28846.3. Please make payment immediately. Kindly ignore if already paid. "

                                        But i have no loan account or money taken from ficcl (Fullerton india credit company limited). This is the first time i know that such company exist. I need the company to check why i received this message and fix it as I am getting monthly same scam messages.

                                        I don't want to get into legal issues for which i am not accountable for.
