I deposited rs 5000 on 21/06/2024 in fun88. The deposit details were given by fun, 88 on their application.The transaction was by net banking.
The transaction was successful and I provided all documents on email as well as Live chat at least eight times but no positive response
Many bank doesn't allow screenshot and my bank too.but to authenticate bank provide Bank statement and bank screenshot of successful transaction.
I provided all details but they say they want screenshot of successful payment.
I wrote them to counter check my successful deposit with the beneficiary in whoose name payment was received.
But no response.I request for early solution and my refund of deposit of rs 5000.
