The complaint was made regarding the single seat(chair) of my sofa set which is now broken. First of all, the breakage was itself as surprise as we did not expect a 'branded' sofa chair to break within 2 months of purchase. Then after so many calls made by me starting from date 5th November 2012 to 19th Nov, your respected representative Mr. Khan came for a visit. He asked me for a wooden log, which was naturally not available at my home, then he said in that case, sofa chair needs to be carried to the workshop to get it repaired. He said it will take 1 week to take the chair from my home.
Today, 5th December 2012, no one has come to take the sofa. In between I have made so many calls at the number[protected], spoken with so many agents, the last being Ms Asha, on 4th December who committed that sofa chair will definitely be carried by 5th Dec.
I am surprised by the poor service, and now i doubt that if you take this much time to carry the sofa from my home, what will be the duration to get that repaired! When will i get my repaired sofa back!!
If you people and your company realize the level of absurd service in my case, now, please get the repairing work done at my home only,as the level of trust between both o[censored]s does not exists any more. Also, I want a written apology for this poor service and the level of commitment. Was this information helpful? |
