[Resolved] House Full International Ltd. : E - Comm Bangalore — Product Not Delivered | |||
I have Placed an Online Order for a WallUnit on 06th March 2013 and the Full Payment was Made during the Booking of the Product. As Per the Invoice Received, The Scheduled Delivery Date was 21st March 2013. I waited till 22nd March 2013 and Since I didn't get any Communication, I wrote a Mail to Housefull on 22nd March 2013. After Writing the Mail, I got a Call from Housefull saying that the Product is on the Way and will be delivered on 25th March 2013. Again I waited and got No Response, So on 25th March 2013, I again Wrote a Mail. Again after the Mail, I got a Call from Housefull saying that the Delivery will be made on 26th March 2013 before 12:00 PM.. I waited again, But No Response was received and I again Send a Mail on 26th March 2013. Even after My Mail on 26th I didn't get any response, So I again Wrote a Mail on 27th March 2013 and after this I got a Call saying that the Product Which I Ordered is Damaged and they can't deliver the Product. I told them to Put this on Mail and I got a Reply as below... Dear Vipin, This mail is in regards to the mail appended below. We sincerely regret for the inconvenience caused to you. We heartily apologize for the delay in delivery. The delivery was delayed due to some uncertainties in transportation. Due to which the product got damaged. Since the respective product is not in stock and we can’t deliver you with the damaged product, we would like to request you to kindly go for some other Wall Unit or else you can opt for some other product within a same range. Warm Regards, Anand A. Asst Manager E- Commerce. For the above Mail on 28th March 2013 I wrote back to Housefull to return back My Money with the Interest for this Whole Period.. Then Suddenly I got a Call again from Housefull Saying that the Product can be Delivered within 04 Days.. The Executive was So Confident that the Product will be delivered, So i asked them to Confirm it through Mail and also asked them to add a Clause that if the Product is Not Delivered within 04 Days then Either I would be given a More Expensive Product or Will return My Money with Interest. Now till today (2nd April 2013) I have Not received any response from them and I feel that their Intention is to keep my Money without delivering the Product.
