My Hdc no.1019/2012/3162 . My name is A.K.Dam.I was supplied on 28/12/12 amongh other item Bookcase without glass cover.
My complaint no.cc-1/1212/40.I was told my complaint will be taken care on 07/01/13. On 07/01/13 yuor employee Love(?) assured me the same will be attended on10/01/13. ON 10/01/13, I was told by Datta that fresh date is13/01/13 and that glass has since been recd by them. On 13/01/12 , your Sylvia told me that glass is yet to be recd but my work will be atteneded by 17/18/91/13. What do I do now? Will you pl. take away the half finished Book case and refund me the amount.? I am not asking for any intrest or compensation as of now.Dam
