I had bought a Recliner from Housefull Bangalore Banshankri Branch in 2012 May.In few months itself recliner Mechanism stopped working in September. I gave Complaint and asked for service. they said they will send Carpenter home in a week. But they took 2 months to send and 1 month to repair mechanism. Now from 2013 April same Recliner again stopped working.Till today they have not sent Carpenter and saying same thing that they will send in a week. I visited them personally thrice to check whats happening But they said they will send soon with in a week and didnt respond to me properly. I donot recommend this shop to any one. Worst Service ever i have seen till date! I want to take it forward in Consumer court for their product , irresponsible service and attitude Was this information helpful? | |||
