[Resolved] Housefull / Wardrobe — Housefull guys not replacing damaged parts | |||
I purchased 4 Door wardrobe from housefull, kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore on 31/08/2012. HDC No: 1022/2012/2797 Invoice No: 3890 Received the wardrobe in damaged comdition on 19/09/2012, so the assembly is on hold, waiting for parts replacement. After repeated phone calls to customer care and store numbers and 4 visits to the store, still I am not getting any proper answer. On call they ask for some time to check the order status and never call back, in store everytime they promise 2/3 days. No one receives call at customer care numbers and when we complained about same at store, they told yes they have got complaints related to that as well, but no solution for that.
