Dear sir,
I am using AMAZON prime app in that i got product from PAY LATER card in that idfc bank was payment done by them.
After personal reasons I am not enable payment for this 1200/-. At after some deducted amount from my state bank of India account for check bounce charges and payment pending. But still they telling pay the payment. If i ask this customer care they telling don't know innu. The amount deducted from state of india for charges and payment pending then we're itis gone.

Still they message for payment again I paid one amount 400. Still they are saying to 957
amount. What is happening they both bounce charges and pending payment i dnt know what going on behind.

    Respected Sir,
    The meaning of the request is that, By not hiding any facts from you, I am mentioning my inconvenience and problems below in a clean spirit.
    1. One of my comercial truck OD 23 G 3611 not going at brajranagar toll plaza on dated 08.04.2023 time 6.49 am and swiped wrong deduction an amount of rs 155.00 from my black buck fast tag account of boss app, which is operated by IDFC fast tags .

    2. After when I know about the said deducted amount I request chargeback for fast tag swipe option and raise a ticket 0010032304080820070350-375022 on 08.04.2023 and click on the charges type
    " vehicle did not cross this toll" option.

    3. After that few time later reply as
    " chargeback request rejected" and reason given as "correct toll deduction - service availed."

    4. That, before deduction of the said amount on dated 08.04.2023 time at 04.09 am fast tag swiped at darjing toll plaza, odisha an amount of Rs 195.00 which is correct.

    5. That, before deduction of the said amount on dated 07.04.2023 time at 10.54 am fast tag swiped at darjing toll plaza, odisha an amount of Rs 380.00 which is also correct.

    6. That brajranagar toll plaza of odisha is shift it from brajranagar to govindpur approx one year ago.

    7. That brajranagar toll plaza is known as govindpur toll plaza, and distance between those is 32 kms from govindpur toll plaza.

    8. That, from darjing toll plaza, odisha the former brajranagar toll plaza ( now known as govindpur toll plaza) distance between those is 230 km to each other.

    9. My said vehicle is going to unloading at Bhushan steel plant of jharsuguda.

    10. That, there has not any link to govindpur toll plaza or brajranagar toll plaza because, the bhushan steel plant and govindpur toll plaza or brajranagar toll plaza opposite direction between them.

    11. That, in darjing toll plaza odisha my above said load vehicle was cross at 07.04.2023 time 04.09 am and how it is possible that on dated 08.04.2023 time 06.49 am to brajranagar toll plaza or govindpur toll plaza because the distance of each other is about 230 km.

    12. That, can any loaded truck in between
    2 hours and 40 minutes should be reached 230 km. How it possible?

    13. That, not any destination related to brajranagar toll plaza or govindpur toll plaza on this day. So how can it possible to reached.

    So I request you to kindly verify and check the fact which I give you in this latter and pray for justice to you and kindly return back an amount of Rs 155.00 to my Boss app and IDFC fast tag account, and take a strict and strong action about wrong deduction and fraud.

          To Honourable,

          I am Hemanth, was unable to pay the loan from past couple of month, due to medical expenses and job lost.
          I am in notice period last working day 11th Feb and did not received my salary for last as all with be cleared in full and final settlement.
          The same was informed to customer executive bearing mobile: [protected], [protected] but they are threatening me stating will visit to home and will have an agrument with my mother, they are keep on calling me, my mother, my brother and sister numerous time and talking vulgarly, i am just getting divorced with my wife, she raised the dispute and has to clear those to, so requesting you to please update the same to IDFC that in May all the pending EMI will be cleared and will pay the rest EMI on the due date.

          Your extended help will be really appreciated.

            I do not have folio no. but I have sent the Bond allotment advice mentioning beneficiary account no. I have sent all the documents ISR 1 & ISR 2, Cancelled cheque, Bank statement not showing the redemption . PAN no. Request letter. They have received all the documents. Still they are insisting on Folio no.

              My ecs was missed on 02nov2022.
              I have paid my emi amount including cheque bounce charges on 07nov2022.
              Then also nach occurred on 08nov2022 and my amount was debited twice.im trying to contact bank personnel through phone call, but no one is responding as it is customer care No and also it is chargeable call. Frequently it gets disconnected. There is no response for online complaint also.kindly adjust the amount for upcoming month or refund it ASAP.

                  While checking my credit report I came across a loan for the bank IDFC i do not have an account with them for 50000.
                  I have never taken a loan due to this incorrect loan showing on my credit report has made my credit score gone down and I want to complain regarding the same, requesting you to please address the issue appreciate all the help thank you.

                      I have invested on IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bonds - Tranche 2 which is matured at 31 Dec 2021.

                      No. of bonds: 4

                      During July 2022, I saw the bond certificate and realized that bonds had matured on December 31 2021, and hence reached out to Kfintech for redemption. They mentioned that bonds are already redempted,
                      They have used some unknown courier service (aviral courier) to deliver redemption bond which were never sent to customers and those courier service marked the consignment as delivered in their system.

                        My last month due is on or b4 August 5 have to pay .. i paid on August 2 2707 amount bt 1493 is only confirmed 1214 is still not in daily getting call from idfc and I'm explaning them they are telling it will updated u soon and getting daily 4 to 5 calls ... Now they blocked my Amazon pay later ... And today morning got a call from idfc customer service they behave disrespectful to me and forcing me to pay next month bill today itself they are not understanding the issue I asked to Amazon customer service they said u have to only in September 5 ... Bt idfc customer service the girl who called me treated me like I'm the one who stole all the money from there bank ... It's very cheap thing from idfc ...

                                Respected sir/madam,
                                I was allotted 4 infrastructure bonds against my application on Dec 30 2011 under the beneficiary account number INN[protected] by IDFC. The bonds were to mature on December 2021 but the redemption proceeds did not turn up in my account. I complained to KFIN technologies, rta of IDFC mentioning the issue in March.
                                When I called up the call centre, I was not getting through and even when I got through I did not get a satisfactory reply, so I mailed einward.[protected]@kfintech.com which is the rtas official mail id. The concerned officer there asked me to submit a cancelled cheque and address and id proof saying that maybe my bank details arent updated. I sent the same by speed post and then kept following up for a long time. At last they sent a mail saying that my bonds were redeemed on the buy back date in 2016in the account number with the following details:

                                I never made any request for that. Also the account number doesn't belong to me even though I have an account in the same branch and bank.
                                When I mentioned this to KFIN technologies, they didnt respond to it at all and even after continuous follow up I couldnt get my amount.
                                request your kind help. I am attaching all the necessary proofs for you to pursue the matter. i will be glad to provide any other document or proof that you may need.

                                  I have paid my repayment bill amount of rs 2580 on july 2022 on amazon pay later. But it still shows that i have not paid the repayment bill amount (last date is 5th August). I received message that if i dont pay on due date i will have to pay with late fee. I have paid this, i have called amazon and IDFC customer care and no one can help me. It even shows the transaction on amazon pay that i have already paid. The problem is with the bank. Hope someone can help me. I have uploaded the image of transaction.

                                    Honourable Sir,
                                    I want this to come into picture that IDFC recovery agent is not literated, i got call from IDFC agent for payment of emi for the loan taken in 2020, due to COVID i lost my job and I tried to clear all the dues with penalty and is been left with present and a month older emi for which they are threatening my family members and using vulgar language, asking my mom that how she was able to give a birth to such person and how your feeding him, without paying the debt your enjoying my money, as he lost the job ask him to work at my home as a servant for cleaning washroom.
                                    This is not tolerated, due this calls and msgs i am being physically and mentally retired, i got diabetic by the tension from the executive for paying the emi, any which way they are penalising us by posting high interest impacting cibil and upon that they are now threatening customer, if i commit suicide, the whole responsible goes to IDFC bank.
                                    In a bank i am getting numerous call (200 plus call a day) from recovery agent, attaching the screenshot of few number.
                                    Requesting you to look into this grievance.

                                    Started calling to all contact.
                                    Hi Team - I has asked IDFC customer service to wait for couple of month or else take legal action but they are calling all my contact.
                                    I am in notice period and full and final settlement with be cleared with 45 days from last working day and that was same conveyed to customer but they are threatening me, stating they will come and collect the money in any way at home.

                                      IDFC employees side very big mistake not working right proper way.
