I have made the payment of 76000 INR last night(6 Oct 2021) at 11:03 pm.
I have been promised the different offer than what is mentioned in the agreement. Terms like amc, save, advance, gift are misguided. No information of any of the hidden charges are discussed. These charges are mentioned in the agreement but in the discussion they projected all the services as free.

Like the others mentioned they came to me for signing the documents on my dining table during our dinner only. And not gave us any chance to read the agreement. They simply said that all the things promised are there in the agreement. But it was a totally different agreement than what it was discussed mutually.

I request to please cancel my membership and refund the complete amount.

The agreement is a void agreement that cannot be enforced as it is a one-sided agreement that doesn't give me any right to cancel. The impugned contract is the one sided standard form of contract (where parties are not equal in bargaining power)

I do not want to defame any company just want my hard earned money back.

FCC team, please help me with this please refund my amount back.

This is my worst experience with a Future Choice Club. The sweetness and the gesture the sales team will show while selling their membership, you will be bound to fall into their trap, and once your card is swipe, they will give you an agreement to sign stating that this is the written commitment of what we discussed showing the amount paid. They will not let you read the other conditions saying that you can read it later.
Following is the description of the incident that I have gone through with ''FUTURE CHOICE HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED, Doing business as Future Choice Club with office G-14, 2nd Floor, Sector-3, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Noida-201301.

I have filled one coupon at Reliance Smart, Iris Broadway, Sector 85, Gurugram, Haryana 122001 in Feb, 2021, where the person told me that 'Future Group' has Inauguration.
On next day (February 23rd, 2021), I received a call from girls informing me that I won the lucky draw for a free vacation along with dinner in the Holiday Inn.I denied them. But she convinced me that I have to visit the Holiday Inn with my wife to collect the freebies. I finally said okay, I would come. They sent me a text message from the mobile number-[protected]

I denied for visit but she was requested many time so I agreed for visit

.I finally reached Holiday inn Hotel (Me, my wife, my son (5years old) around 8:30 pm, as I was then asked to attend a presentation about company's promotion to get the free vouchers. Few more couples were sitting there; thus, I also agreed to the presentation out of curiosity. A well-dressed person came to me and started introducing himself as "Sawan Gaur ", His manger was Abhishek .He then asked that you please introduce yourself to be comfortable with each other for the next half an hour. Some questionnaire was also shared with me to fill on what Credit card I hold, what all places I have visited in the last couple of years etc. He then asked you to have some questions in your mind about why any company is providing any free vouchers, which was right. He then said it's for your time for the promotion of our company's future choice club. He then asked me about my last vacation and said that he would offer some plan only if it is relevant to you, else you will be provided the voucher without spending further time. He then said that offer would be valid for today only. He then said this is unlike other membership plans where they sell lifetime plans for 5-10 lakhs rupees.

I started losing interest and said that I am not interested in buying any plan. He then convinced me that he is selling any plan to me and started showing some five-star properties (hotels). He then said, what if this hotel will be available to you at a 2-star hotel price etc. I said yes, it would be a great deal. He then said we have a 10 year membership plan for INR 1, 80 000 lakhs. I straight away denied the offer since I cannot afford to pay it. Sawan then called his manager “Abhishek “and the they started bargaining with the price. They asked me that they will provide some cashback if few digits are appearing on my credit card. (I think they wanted to check whether I am carrying a credit card or not) They brought it down to 135000 for 10 years and talked about various EMIs with many further freebies including 2 weeks of extended nights. They said no company will provide such kind of offer costing less than Rs 2, 000 per night for such kind of hotel stay. I completely denied their offer and started leaving the venue as it was around 9.0pm. My kid was impatient, he was starving. I was confused they invited me for dinner and here I am hungry and full of the future choice club property literature. They then very politely said that please collect your free voucher before leaving the office. I will take only 5 minutes.

Then he casually started talking that what resists you to take the offer so that he can provide feedback to the company. I said it might be useful, but it takes time to decide before spending such a huge amount for a middle class like me, and I may opt for it if you will provide me one day's time after exploring about the hotels. He then said it was already informed that any offer would be valid for today only, and he is not feeling great that we have wasted an hour. He then offered me another plan for 3 years, he will somehow manage it. INR 40, 000. I then also denied that I can't pay such an amount at once. I told that I can confirm it not today but will discuss with family and come back to you guys, but they forced us into this by saying that this is an exclusive offer only for females and advice that your wife can take this membership; he then said he would arrange EMI plan exclusively for me, and I can take back entire amount refund in 30 days if I do not enjoy my stay at their property. He showed some of the membership bought recently and said people who bought the membership plan thank them for making an asset. He then said I only have to pay Rs 2916 per month for such a stay for 5 years. He then showed on the calculator that per night stay is costing less than Rs 2, 000. My wife and I also seem convincing as the offer was lucrative, then finally inquired about the cancellation part again, where they told us that we could cancel our membership at any point in time. I finally fell into their trap and said them okay "Abhishek" immediately swiped my card for INR 40000. The mistake that I have made was, since my family was hungry, we immediately went to the dining area for dinner, and as we were having our dinner, He came back with some papers saying I am late for my home and it is far from here; we quickly need your signature for the paperwork and showed us the dotted lines were we need to sign. My wife and I signed without looking at what the papers are because we were feeding our kids.

I was not feeling happy on the whole episode went, wasting our time in some. In next day I called to ''Sawan" for cancelation but he told me please use Facility in one time.

In 11th September 2021 I request for booking at Udaipur, that time Future choice team demand for AMC Charge INR 8000 + GST, without AMC he is not accept my booking request, that time he informed me this AMC Charge is applicable only 6Night & 7 Days, it is surprise for me & I request for cancel my membership but he denied .because the membership is non-refundable as per agreement which is mutually signed."

This is a void agreement that can't be enforceable as it is a one-sided agreement that doesn't give me any right to cancel. The impugned contract is the one-sided standard form of contract (where the parties are not equal in the bargaining power)

Please help me get my money back since this is purely a fraud that has happened to me.

I have filled one coupon at saphire mall, sector 83, Gurgaon on august 25, 2021, where the person told me that 'Future Group' has rented Holiday sector 90 Gurgaon for a year. They are providing complimentary dinner, and they will provide you 2 nights/3 days stay at their new hotels if your names come in lucky draw.
On the next day, I received a call from a girl informing me that I won the lucky draw for a free vacation along with dinner in the Holiday Inn. I was not willing to go as I don't trust these offers, so I denied them. But she convinced me that I have to visit the Holiday Inn hotel with my wife to collect the freebies. I finally said okay, I would come. They sent me a text message from the mobile number – [protected]

Since the venue was nearby only, I agreed, I counter-questioned whether there are any terms and conditions to accept the offer they denied.

Then he casually started talking that what resists you to take the offer so that he can provide feedback to the company. I said it might be useful, but it takes time to decide before spending such a huge amount for a middle class like me, and I may opt for it if you will provide me one day's time after exploring about the hotels. He then said it was already informed that any offer would be valid for today only, and he is not feeling great that we have wasted an hour. I told that I can confirm it not today but will discuss with family and come back to you guys, but they forced us into this by saying that this is an exclusive offer only for females and advice that your wife can take this membership; he then said he would arrange EMI plan exclusively for me, and I can take back entire amount refund in 30 days if I do not enjoy my stay at their property. He then said I only have to pay Rs 12000per month for such a stay for 10 years. He then showed on the calculator that per night stay is costing less than Rs 2, 000. My wife and I also seem convincing as the offer was lucrative, then finally inquired about the cancellation part again, where they told us that we could cancel our membership at any point in time. I finally fell into their trap and said them okay. Ankita immediately swiped my card for monthly emi of 12000, stating that we have offered you a discount of interest to be shared by credit card. I immediately got an email with a tax invoice for the amount. The mistake that I have made was, since my family was hungry, we immediately went to the dining area for dinner, and as we were having our dinner, she came back with some papers saying I am late for my home and it is far from here; we quickly need your signature for the paperwork and showed us the dotted lines were we need to sign. My wife and I signed without looking at what the papers are.

I was not feeling happy on the whole episode went, wasting our time in some. They told me to share the photo ID proof to get my membership start. I came home, immediately log in to my laptop, researched the company, and it seems that it is a scam as the company was registered in 2020 only. There were many such scams mentioned on the internet. I was shocked to realize that fraud has happened to me and that I have lost my hard-earned money.

The next day (with-in 24 hours), I requested a refund of the fee paid. They replied with some mail asking about the preferred locations. On which I again asked for a refund. the reply was, "We regret to inform you that the cancellation cannot be processed against the specified reason; the membership is non-refundable as per agreement which is mutually signed."

I am facing the same issue here, I have promised the different offer than what is mentioned in the agreement. Mr k s pandey convened me for a offer of 5+3( complementary) offer with 6night in ffc group hotels and 6 in other allies hotel in every year at rs 75000 rs. But agreement says 5 year with 6n stays only. Also terms like amc, save, advance, gift are misguided. No information of any of the hidden charges are discussed. Have been going through horrible experience with Future Choice Club the moment I took the membership.

ANKITA, RAKESH & AVINASH sold us this membership at Holiday Inn, Sector 90 Gurgaon on 20th March 2021. The trap was over care and sweetness while making absolutely false commitments and making you buy the same falling right into their trap.

Some of the big promises they made were like
1. We can cancel this membership any time and seek refund without any deductions.
2: Can claim 175 nights holiday (National & International) in one go by paying AMC for all 25 years in one go. For example, I can plan a destination wedding in Goa and use 175 nights to book hotel rooms for all the guests and similarly I can do for any other destination (National International). To support same, they shared booking that were made for one of their members.
3. I can use the said holiday nights to gift anyone and there is no cap on the number of nights.
4. I can plan B'day parties and would need to give only food expenses and no charges like banquet hall/ basic balloon decorations

They showed a lot of profile pictures and tried to build repo of the company which started last year under the same "FUTURE CHOICE HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY PRIVATE LIMITED registered address is CABIN NO.7, D-3 LGF KALKAJI NEW DELHI South Delhi DL 110019, Doing business as Future Choice Club with office G-14, 2nd Floor, Sector-3, Gautam Buddh Nagar, Noida-201301.

On the next day, I received a call from a girl informing me that I won the lucky draw for a free vacation along with dinner in the Holiday Inn.

Since the venue was nearby only, I along with my family (Mother, Father, Wife & 2 daughters who are just 8 months old reached Holiday Inn around 8:30 pm.

A well-dressed person came to me and started introducing himself as "Rakesh" . His manger was Ankita & Avinash.

While they were making all the promises, it was getting suspicious, but to gain confidence, they allowed me to update the printed T&Cs via hand written note and the company authorized person stamped & signed same.

I finally made the payment and as it was already too late, we ended up having no dinner and that was the actual start of the horrible night. My daughters were crying due to hunger and there were no proper food arrangements.

After I returned home, I searched more about this company on internet and found similar stories and how they have been fooling people.

I immediately dropped them email and asked them to stop processing membership and refund the full amount and the reply was, "We regret to inform you that the cancellation cannot be processed against the specified reason; the membership is non-refundable as per agreement which is mutually signed."

This is the same agreement on which they stamped and signed mentioning that I can cancel my membership any time and there will be no deductions.

They made me to visit Noida office just to sell me another product where Mr. Ranjeet was ready with another proposal. These people dont care about the time and emotions of anyone and are just here to sell products by dirty tricks.

This is a void agreement that can't be enforceable as it is a one-sided agreement that doesn't give me any right to cancel even after having T&Cs updated. The impugned contract is the one-sided standard form of contract (where the parties are not equal in the bargaining power)

They have refunded me 75% of the membership fees and have refused to refund remaining 25% as they are marking it as admin fees. Admin fees for membership for which they have not given me any details.

I have been requesting them via email/ phone/ registered post, but they are not refunding my full money back.

I have already gone through a trauma and mental harassment and really need help me get my money back since this is purely a cheating/ fraud of selling membership by false commitments.

I finally fell into their trap and said them okay "Afroz" immediately swiped my card for INR 15000, stating that we have offered you a discount of interest to be shared by credit card, so I agreed & INR 41000 again swiped. The mistake that I have made was, since my family was hungry, we immediately went to the dining area for dinner, and as we were having our dinner, He came back with some papers saying I am late for my home and it is far from here; we quickly need your signature for the paperwork and showed us the dotted lines were we need to sign. My wife and I signed without looking at what the papers are because we were feeding our kids.

This is my worst experience with future choice club, before 6 month back i receive a call from holiday inn hotel sector 90, for the gift voucher. i denied so many time but finally i agree to g. i went there with my wife, they are promoting there company, one member of that team sit with us and asking our past travel and visits and giving me option for place to visit. at that time i understand what they want i denied that option and i am leaving, all member of that team stay around us and telling us the benefit of membership, the offer 200000 for10 year, i denied same time. after that they bargaining with me they give me a 120000 package and zero interest EMI on credit card. i told the team we will discuss and the we will decide. then one member M/s Bhaskar laughing on us and showing we are making a mistake to denied.
after so many pressure the took my credit card and swipe in a second after that i fall in him trap. then they offer a lunch. during lunch the took a paper for our sign and saying we are coming so far so we are late please sign the document. at a time of taking dinner i signed the document. we came back. After some days, I request to cancel my membership and refund my amount but they denied.
and i also asked for visit at Shimla, after discussion they are not provide us the properties a s mention during giving member ship.

please help me to get back my refund

It was a fabulous experience at Future choice club we enjoyed our stay a lot n especially river flowing just opposite to out Cottages was mind blowing and also overall resort was excellent!!!

Every person has his own point of view. First talk to the company, they will definitely give solution, I am happy with their service.
