We got into their trap of purchasing Holiday package for 10 yrs. They invited us at Holiday Inn hotel for the dinner, made us purchase the package. They made us sign the agreement without looking at the terms mentioned in that. When we checked the agreement after reaching home, we found that all the terms are different to what was mentioned to us by their representative, Ankita. We immediately asked for the refund. They then tried to covince us and told us that they will write all the commitments over the email. They only agreed to 50% of the commitments. We had no choice but to accept this. We then tried to do the bookings 2 times. First instance, i did the booking through their app as mentioned by them. However, i didn't receive any reply till the booking date. I wrote to them and got the reply that app is not working due to some reasons and we need to write to their reservation team. I was amazed at their reply. They don't value the customer's time. I had planned something with my family and now they are telling me to plan some other day by writing to their reservation team. They did not listen to me.
I again after sometime wrote to their reservation team. they denied saying that I had to intimate them at least 15 days in advance. However, over the email initially, they agreed that i could inform them 7-15 days in advance. So, again i was not able to utilize the package. It is almost 9-10 months since i purchased the package and observing the indifferent behaviour towards customer after getting the payment is very very frustrating.
I need refund of my hard earned money.
Please help me.
