This is calculated fraud. They will offer you their membership by showing you list of reputed hotel chains across the country and abroad however they are not at all affiliated with any reputed hotels. Also they will force you to book the membership (by hook or crook) on same day of visit and there is no option of cancellation.

I got a membership for 5 years by paying them 65000 INR and then pay 10000+GST every year to keep your membership active. When you try to book holidays with them, they will give you any random hotel in the city which you may anyways book in less than[protected] INR per night. When you say why I am not getting stay from your affiliated list of hotels, then they would answer that It is subject to availability and is actually never available.

So better book your holidays on your own rather than depending on this FRAUD CHOICE CLUB. Choice is yours.

      Fake commitments

      I have got a call from them, I remember the manager name was Priyam and he made lots of fake commitments just to call us at the venue by stating that we have arranged a high tea and dinner session, please come and this invitation is not to sell anything, this is just a company promotion to provide you free 4 night 3 days stay voucher and we will have snacks and dinner, and lots of fake commitments, finally we agree to visit there directly...

      There whole staff is doing fake promises to the customer and after that their reservation team is not fullfilling it. We were told that in exchange night you can take any hotel in Canada. Now they are denying that we dont have any option in canada.

      Now no one is reverting on the complaint raised at their [protected]@reservation email id.

      We need our funds back there after sale service is very pathetic.

        We had attended their seminar in Jan 23 and got sacked by their lucrative sweet talks. signed a membership with the company for 10 years. I was told i need to pay nothing apart from the AMC for availing the bookings.
        i had raised a concern with them for cancellation of my membership within two days but their employee said its not possible. Therefore, tried to get a vacation planned with them in Feb 23 to Port Blair but was provided with 3rd class hotels and resort options. So i didnt go with their bookings.
        Gave them an option to deduct the admin charges and atleast return the remaining amount but they have not agreed. Its been an year and no response from the company has come.
        would be filing a legal case against them as this company is still operating in the area and trapping innocent people.
        As i did people sign to their verbal terms and sweet talks whereas the agreement is nothing but a contract telling you that how you have been fooled and all points are in company's favour and you as a customer cannot do anything.

          Finally we got lured by their sweet talk and eventually found that they have no resorts of their own and even the ones where they have a tie up as claimed is incorrect.
          We asked them to send full refund within 24 hr of paying but they refused flat out. We want refund of entire paid amount.

            Very bad customer service

            I have been a member since past 2.5 years, but till date I am not able to avail a single day holiday from them. Whenever, I approached them, either they don't have property in that area or all the properties had already been booked. Also, they took 5-7 days to reply to your mails sometimes even more than that and by that time our holiday period is over.

            I asked for a refund within 7 days of becoming a member, but they refused...

            After sale service pathetic

            Completely waste of time and schemes.

            1. They invite you for freebies of movies and salon but their t&c is a trap
            2. They give you free cup of tea and one piece of biscuit then will try to show that they have so many good property but in real terms all are not more than 3*.
            3. If you fall in their trap then after sale service..you will remember my review
            4. If by chance you get any property then they will...

            I have invited from future choice club in hotel sandal suits operated by lemon tree.me, my wife and my child (2 years old) we sat one of their executive Wasim came and casually started talking that what resists you to take the offer so that he can provide feedback to the company. I said it might be useful, but it takes time to decide before spending such a huge amount for a middle class like me, and I may opt for it if you will provide me one day's time after exploring about the hotels. He then said it was already informed that any offer would be valid for today only, and he is not feeling great that we have wasted an hour. He then offered me another plan for 5 years, stating that though it is for senior citizens only, he will somehow manage it. INR 90, 000. I then also denied that I can't pay such an amount at once. I told that I can confirm it not today but will discuss with family and come back to you guys, but they forced us into this by saying that this is an exclusive offer only for females and advice that your wife can take this membership; he then said he would arrange EMI plan exclusively for me, and I can take back entire amount refund in 30 days if I do not enjoy my stay at their property. He showed some of the membership bought recently and said people who bought the membership plan thank them for making an asset. He then said I only have to pay Rs 5000 per month for such a stay for 5 years. He then showed on the calculator that per night stay is costing less than Rs 2, 000. My wife and I also seem convincing as the offer was lucrative, then finally inquired about the cancellation part again, where they told us that we could cancel our membership at any point in time. I finally fell into their trap and said them okay. Wasim immediately swiped my card for INR 80, 000 stating that we have offered you a discount of interest to be shared by credit card. I immediately got an email with a tax invoice for the amount. The mistake that I have made was, since my family was hungry, we immediately went to the dining area for dinner, and as we were having our dinner, she came back with some papers saying I am late for my home and it is far from here; we quickly need your signature for the paperwork and showed us the dotted lines were we need to sign. My wife and I signed without looking at what the papers are because we were feeding our kids.

            I was not feeling happy on the whole episode went, wasting our time in some. They told me to share the photo ID proof to get my membership start. I came home, immediately log in to my laptop, researched the company, and it seems that it is a scam as the company was registered in 2020 only. There were many such scams mentioned on the internet. I was shocked to realize that fraud has happened to me and that I have lost my hard-earned money.

            The next day (with-in 24 hours), I requested a refund of the fee paid. They replied with some mail asking about the preferred locations. On which I again asked for a refund. the reply was, "We regret to inform you that the cancellation cannot be processed against the specified reason; the membership is non-refundable as per agreement which is mutually signed."

            Please help me to refund my hard earned money.

              Dear FCH,

              Please be informed that I purchased a membership plan on 16th September 2023 loaded with lot of commitments.
              Later on 18th September, i received verification call when I realised that the AMC was not informed to us. somehow again after mitigation and some lucrative offers by the executive Pawan, in utter influence I gave a go ahead. Later when j am calculating the deal including AMC is very costly and not worth going with it.

              I tried calling Pawan many a times and also called up FCH customer support, the response is actually pathetic.

              Here in then I have decided not to go with this membership and requesting full amount refund.

              Don't want any more fill up calls and just want you to refund my total amount of ₹150000 refunded.

                PLEASE RESEARCH BEFORE PAYING THIS COMPANY! IT IS MOST LIKELY A FRAUD COMPANY.
                Very unprofessional company. The vouchers offered during sales pitches are complete scam. There is a huge list of terms and conditions that is not written anywhere. It is completely upto there whims and fancies. One can understand that free vouchers are not supposed to be any good. They are just to get your attention.
                I also became a member with them, thinking to give them a chance. But the experience was not any better.
                There is no transparency in booking a property with them. There is no way to check what properties they can offer. Their app is no updated. It just exists for the sake of it, there is no functionality in it. All the dealings happens through their customer care email. When you query for a vacation the offer 1-2 properties and there is not much choice of rooms either. They offer very mediocre rooms and you can get a better deal if you call that hotel yourself and book you vacation.
                The people sitting behind the email are not very skilled as well. They are least concerned in understand your query/concern. Forget about solving them. You can not expect a relevant response from them.
                The senior management is not any better. The sales team is skilled as they are the only ones getting the business and it seems the other departments there just to keep the things running somehow.
                There is a clause in the membership which says you can cancel the membership within 7 days of purchase. They did not honour that clause and it took me 1 year to recover the money from them through countless emails and visits to multiple offices and talking to multiple people.
                Mr.Dharmendra who is a senior leader in the company handles the customer care. We had a discussion one-on-one in which he agreed that if we take a vacation through them and are not satisfied he will cancel the membership and refund the remaining amount. As discussed I called him after the vacation(which was terrible) to cancel the membership and he started shouting over the call.
                This is how the head of the customer service department talks to their customer. What can you expect out of the rest of team he is supposed to train.
                If you are wondering, Mr. Dharmendra did not assist in anyway with the refund. Close to 300 emails and 6 visits to their office/sales pitching venue and 1 year, we were able to get back our refund.
                The other alternatives was going to the court. I do not have expertise in that matter, not did I wish to gain it. I have better things to do. I still find this was the easier path.
                Please join the Facebook group i have created to take action against this fraud company. Let's ensure they return our money.

                  Hello, FCC sold a hotel vacation package of 70000+GST to me and My husband, with a verbal promise and written TnC that I can get refund if I go for cancelation.
                  There were multiple issues with their plan, services, response time and fake verbal promises . So we instantly contacted them to cancel our membership and refund us. But they forced us that to pay more 8999+GST as AMC to get our refund.

                  I have purchased the membership for 10 years from future choice hospitality. After joining I had some queries regarding membership and I didn't want to continue with the membership and heat of the moment I posted the complaint on consumer then I visited their head office Noida and met the senior authorities, after meeting them, they resolved all the queries. Now I'm satisfied and continuing with my membership.

                    Based on our membership, i have booked my holidays packages for 5 night and 6 days, but they guy's cheated us and not provided the property as per discussion also Despite taking ₹ 11000, in the name of AMC, he did not even provide hotels worth ₹ 11000,
                    apart from this ₹ 130000 was given in advance as Gold membership fee.
                    worst property they provide where no body can live along with family. my experience is very bed.

                      I feel cheated after opting/paying the membership fees. they trapped me and my wife with good holiday offers. when i tried to do the reservations, cheap quality hotels were offered which are even not present in the list of hotels showed by them. they do not have any bookings available at Rishikesh. At the prime location like Agra, they have offered Atulya Taj, fern residency, PL Palace, Royal Regent. I have checked with Radisson, Ramada etc, bookings are available with them. But they are offering hotel with the price range of[protected] only. My one day with FCH costs me around 4500 INR.
                      I have received no vouchers or free coupons from them which were promised at the time of selling membership.
                      I am disappointed harassed and mentally tortured by FCH for small booking. i want refund of my hard earned money. Please help

                        The reservation team is unable to process the booking at lower rates as compared to the market rates as assured during membership by sales team comprising of himani and sadiq khan. Moreover they are charging extra during booking for breakfast saying it's compulsory to have breakfast at hotel despite of fact that u need or not. No such clause is mentioned in the agreement signed. During prak season they are not able to book hotels and don't have time ups with many hotels at one place. The list shared had more number of hotels to which they made changes later. Now with the negative feedback they are harassing customer of not doing booking despite taking AMC and food amount. Case should be resolved

                          The promises made to the members during membership process are totally fake. These people take charges as per hotels of 4/5 star category and their booking is costlier than the market rates. The direct conversation with the hotels as customers are cheaper than what they are providing. Although the sales team promise to offer lower rates as compared to market. When they offer membership, they confirm that these charges are as per middle class but they take extra charges in terms of discounted breakfast offered in their tied-up hotels without which they dont do booking. During membership they confirm no other charges would be taken apart from AMC. No written confirmation is there from the club on extra food charges taken for the hotels where they dont have tie up with breakfast. The sales team block their members after offering membership and least interested in resolving queries. Reservation team is unable to do booking even prior to 20 days or 1 month due to peak season. The charges paid for extra mattresses in 4-5 star categories is much higher than normal hotels. They promise to have tie up with many hotels and share the list. At the end we come to know that tie up has ended with many hotels. No information is shared on this with the customers. They offer vouchers at the time of membership for free 3 nights/4 days stay for which again 5000 has to be paid by customer. If payment has to be done, there is no free stay voucher. GST is paid by customer and not club. Salon vouchers are given again for which extra payment of 1500/1800 has to be paid for GST. When the basic condition of lower market rates are not met by club, its better to not take membership and do directly to hotel for booking. The behaviour of many sales team/reservation teams is too rude when they talk of not having time to resolve our queries and unable to do anything in booking.

                            We took a membership of this horrible company. Earlier they commit us to provide 4star Or 5 star hotels. At the time of booking they provide us the low class hotels. Our whole trip ruins because of these people's.when we asked them to change the hotels, then they have no option. One more thing according to them if we take a whole package from them like travels also then they will provide us 4 star or 5 star hotels otherwise they have no option.. Kindly help me in refunding my money or help me in cancellation of this membership.

                              They honeytrap innocent customers who do not know their tactics by showing fake google reviews. They make you sign an agreement which is complety different in terms as communicated while presentation. They do not mention the extra charges you need to pay to to avail these services. The salesperson only sells you the program and then disappears. Even after all of this, if you ask for your money back within 24 hours of signing up, they say management approval is required, whereas their agreement says it can be terminated within 7 days. Please avoid their trap and do not go to their events. I will write to Municipal corporation Gurgaon to disallow these people to hold such events.
