Hello, FCC sold a hotel vacation package of 70000+GST to me and My husband, with a verbal promise and written TnC that I can get refund if I go for cancelation.
There were multiple issues with their plan, services, response time and fake verbal promises . So we instantly contacted them to cancel our membership and refund us. But they forced us that to pay more 8999+GST as AMC to get our refund.
We again have to pay this AMC, and then communicated them with their written TnC for cancelation and refund. But, they are saying that money is non-refundable and now they have stopped responding us.
I have filled an FIR in Financial Cyber Crime Dept. and have planned to send them legal notice for all the financial loss and mental harassments that they giving us, as we are still paying EMIs.
I am a government employee, and yet so they have scammed me in broad daylight . Now I am thinking of other common citizens, who are not aware of laws and their rights.
I am here to get help and and at the same time help others.
