The reservation team is unable to process the booking at lower rates as compared to the market rates as assured during membership by sales team comprising of himani and sadiq khan. Moreover they are charging extra during booking for breakfast saying it's compulsory to have breakfast at hotel despite of fact that u need or not. No such clause is mentioned in the agreement signed. During prak season they are not able to book hotels and don't have time ups with many hotels at one place. The list shared had more number of hotels to which they made changes later. Now with the negative feedback they are harassing customer of not doing booking despite taking AMC and food amount.
