Dear FCH,
Please be informed that I purchased a membership plan on 16th September 2023 loaded with lot of commitments.
Later on 18th September, i received verification call when I realised that the AMC was not informed to us. somehow again after mitigation and some lucrative offers by the executive Pawan, in utter influence I gave a go ahead. Later when j am calculating the deal including AMC is very costly and not worth going with it.
I tried calling Pawan many a times and also called up FCH customer support, the response is actually pathetic.
Here in then I have decided not to go with this membership and requesting full amount refund.
Don't want any more fill up calls and just want you to refund my total amount of ₹150000 refunded.
