Future Choice Club — Very bad customer service

I have been a member since past 2.5 years, but till date I am not able to avail a single day holiday from them. Whenever, I approached them, either they don't have property in that area or all the properties had already been booked. Also, they took 5-7 days to reply to your mails sometimes even more than that and by that time our holiday period is over.

I asked for a refund within 7 days of becoming a member, but they refused to abide by their own clause in the agreement which clearly says that cancellation can be done within 7 days.

It is my request to all those people reading my message here - please don't fall into their trap and dont' go for their any of their packages. you will regret later on and would loose your hard earned money.
