Fynd — Not refunded for canceled order

Hi

I have placed an order on Fynd on 1 Apr 2022 for the amount of 25996 and after placing the order I came to know that I forgot to apply coupon code.

Then I thought to cancel the order and place a new order, for that I cancelled the order. But my money was not refunded and showing status as pending for approval.

Then I contacted customer care (Sorry Chat support, as they don't have any customer care to contact ) then after some time they replied by saying I will get refund by 30 - 40 days as this order cancelled immediately and they can't refund it.
And they didn't mention any thing about this in there website or in policy.

Please help me refund of my money
