I, shubham kumar tried to shop 14 items worth 7400 at 12.01 a.m today
After cutting 80% fynd cash and adding delivery charge I have to pay 1574 rs.I paid it successfully from paytm wallet.but there is showing order has failed and nothing showing order section.
When I went to paytm help forum there is showing that order has been successful from there end and order id successfully generated

My money has been deducted on 01/10/2018 for addidas order id (Fy[protected]) shoes and it is showing it will reach on 10/10/2018 but still order is in processing and not confirm med by them. I raised a ticket through a mail to there support mail id and chat query also they are not responding on both of them. There not call support from them chat us also they are not responding just provided docket number with your product will be picked up within 24 working hours." unfortunately, their 24-48 working hours have still not come very shameful services i was attached the screeb shot about the issue please take an action.

I ordered one tshirt on 30 sep it mentioned as delivery by Oct 5, still i didn't received items i sent an email chatted in app but i didn't got any reply please let me know what happened to the items it delivered in app status of items is also not proper My order no : FY[protected] please let me know what happened to the items and when i can expect my products

I have placed an order in fynd and is delivered on time. But, they delevered me different color and style shirt as they showed in the fynd.com. I tried so many times to return it. I tried to communicate with them through chat and email. But, they didn't give correct reply till now. Please don't place any order in fynd.com. If you did that you also get into trouble that's for sure.

Please dont buy from this app, they will cancel the order and refund will not return. I dont know how get my amount from them, there is no customer support is there,

Terrible services - i have asked for a refund that still has not been processed for the past 1 month! Every time the concerned person apshah and yesudas respond in the same, "we apologize for the inconvenience caused to you we will surely take this feedback and we will work on it.
Your product will be picked up within 24 working hours." unfortunately, their 24-48 working hours have still not come in the past 27 days. Very shameful services and also if required the order can be tracked through, fy[protected] salwar studio | navy blue and red printed unstitched kurti fabric | (You can trace the conversations as well)

Disgrace to online portals for taking their customers for granted to such an extent.

I have ordered one pair of woodland sandal but after i have open that product it's not fit me perfectly so i have decided to return so i returned the after one month on because there is lifetime return policy of fynd app
But the refund could not processed to me after 1and half months completed till now.
On 6/7/18 i have received there message that your refund is initiated but till now i am not got any refund in my account niether my paytym wallet only they are giving exuces that is bull #... I m so exhausted.. So please help me out

I ordered a pair of blue sneakers from fynd app on 13.12 2017 of rs771 from my mobikwick account and cancelled it on 18.12.2017. It was told to me on 28th december that i will receive my refund within 5-6 working days but till now i have not received my refund and neither any update of my refund or product

And now when i am trying to contact the customer service they are not receiving up my calls... And every time when i chat with them they say that my money will be refunded within 5-6days but i have not received my refund yet.

I'm vaana. Sarth kumar having account in icici bank srikakulam branch, i was buy on product in fynd shopping app, cash on delivery but it is not comfort then i was returned on 26th september so i was gave my icici bank details to fynd app for refundable amount,
It is the transaction id cms/[protected]/cod28917 on 7october.
But till now the refund amount is not credited in my bank account.

I have purchased a product from fynd (Order# fy[protected]) and when i have received the product, it doesn't look nice and so i have requested for money refund. After one day i have returned (Company: nuvo logistics pvt. Ltd. And awb# gof[protected] the product to the delivery boy which the fynd company has sent to take it from me on 22nd sept 2017. All was going under return policy of fynd. Now there is no response from the fynd for 10days. Not a single update from this company. This is so bad. Please help me. I am so exhausted.

I have purchased a product from fynd and when i have received the product, it doesn't look nice and so i have requested for money refund. After one day i have returned the product to the delivery boy, which the fynd company has sent to take it from me. Now there is no response from the fynd. This is so bad and i an app like this shouldn't be encouraged.

I ordered a shirt on 1 july delivery date scheduled is 5 th july. Till now my product is not delivered as well as no response from customer care. I mailed my issue twice. Even fynd app is very pathetic as tracking status is also not get updated. I already paid for my product. So it's very irritating. I am soon going to launch a complaint in consumer court.

Fynd the online shopping app not worth it.

Yesterday on 14th Feb they had a coupon code 'VALENTINE' offering a ₹700 discount on any product.
I placed an order for a tee worth ₹777 + ₹50 as delivery charge. Order id FY[protected]
I had to pay bal of ₹127 as cod.

They scheduled by delivery time between 8pm to 10pm.
Which was not delivered.

Today morning I receive a message
saying that your order is cancelled as the product is out of stock.
After calling them they say that your coupon code can't be used again as it was valid for that same day.

They didn't want me to use their discount coupon.

Why do you guys offers discounts when you don't want to give.
