I have ordered some medicines worth 1000rs and i got some lotion worth 90 rs delivered...then they are rejecting the refund or proper item delivery...

I ordered puma shoes. Received different brand shoes. Box is of puma(received damaged box). Size is also same but shoe itself is not of puma brand. Kindly help arranging pickup.

I couldn't find the seller name on google. Ranhola is registered seller of puma but couldn't find anything on motilal nagar 1 goregaon. Now he has removed item from app and i couldn't see my products pics.

And on box it is written SSIPL. There is no Motilal nagar 1 goregaon on it. My invoice has segastar written on it and not puma

Fynd has denied giving me product

I have placed an order on Fynd on 1 Apr 2022 for the amount of 25996 and after placing the order I came to know that I forgot to apply coupon code.

Then I thought to cancel the order and place a new order, for that I cancelled the order. But my money was not refunded and showing status as pending for approval.

Then I contacted customer care (Sorry Chat support, as they don't have any customer...

I had ordered yoonoy white blazer for Rs 798 but recieved a poor quality pink colour knit upper. Another order was for AND wine cropped suit set for Rs 3899, i received only pants in this order not a co-ord set. I'm sending Repeated emails and chats everyday but not even a single response is given. This is a regular thing with fynd. There is no active customer care number also. Feeling cheated by such a fraud company.

I ordered a jeans using fynd app on 01 Dec 21 which was expected to be delivered within 6 to 7 days. I got a call from executive agent one day but I didn't attend the call as I was busy somewhere else. When I called him back, he told me that he would come tomorrow to deliver the product. He has not come till date. I have sent mails many times to fynd care but No appropriate action has been taken.
My product has not been delivered to...

I ordered from fynd a few days back using the mobile application where the return policy stated you can return within 30 days but it was not applicable for inner-wears considering hygiene issues. I ordered a jacket which goes over a shirt and I don't have a return option for it????? I tried emailing them, tried in-app chat feature but no one ever responds!

Right now fynd doesn't provide the provision to delete ones account. I find this as an obstruction of consumer rights. How can the company hold on to the consumers information when the consumer wants it removed. This for me is a clear violation of consumer rights. I would like to know how fynd has the authority to do this. And i would also like to have an option to delete my account.

I have placed an order and returned it in october, 2018.

After few days of return, the item disappeared from orders tab and i dint get the refund amount.

I have logged a number of tickets for the same and its very annoying.

Its been more than 4 months and no proper solution, everytime they say return is processed but my bank could not track any transaction.

I dont recommend anyone to buy from fynd. Such a pathetic response and management.

I placed an order on fynf order i'd fy[protected] amount got deducted from my bank account and the order is not at all reflecting in my orders, many times tried to reach fund peoples via chat they are replying the same our team is working almost 4 days completed they are not refunding the amount or not placing the order instead of refund very poor customer service and they are making peoples fools, they didn't have any customer support to call, whenever we chat they answer after 1 hour saying the same issue escalated but it is not at all resolving and getting resolved, i request to the consumer court to take a strict action on bleedy people of fynd that they are cheating people, not giving any service just taking peoples money..

I have purchased a product from fynd (Order# fy[protected] and when i have received the product, it doesn't look nice and so i have requested for money refund. After one day i have return the product to the delivery boy which the fynd company has sent to take it from me on 13nd dec 2018. All was going under return policy of fynd. Now there is no response from the fynd for 50days. Not a single update from this company. This is patathecic response from company. Please help me. I am so exhausted.

I am purchase a black hidekraft shoes.
I use 5-7 days and i see the soal is crack and damage.
So what is the proses of the change or return policy.

I placed on order on fynd of 2346rs. I paid this amount using my mobikwik wallet. Payment was successful from mobikwik but failed from fynd side. As per fynd policy if payment failed no order id generated and after 12 days i haven't received refund. I mailed them twice but they didn't respond. I am sending you the screenshot of my mobikwik wallet transaction please review it and help. Fynd has no customer support.

I two transactions on fynd one from my mobikwik wallet and one fron my paytm. My first transaction of 2324rs of mobikwik got failed. As per fynd policy i haven't received any order id from fynd but after 10days i haven't received any refund. When i mailed fynd they haven't reply and they don't have any customer support. I ordered 3 products on 29/11/2018 my expected goods expected date is 05/12/2018, on 6th i received one product balance products not yet received if i called them it is not reachable i send emails also even though they not replied. One of the waste app in plat store, full fake rates please take action on these type of apps and help to future customers

I had done online payment of rs.4641 on fynd app for which order is not generated. But amount is debited. When complained through mail getting same reply every time. Even after 4 days are over still they tell issue will be resolved in 24 to 48 hrs. Now they are not replying to the mails also.

For messages also reply will be given after. 2 to 3 hrs. This ia very painful. Atleast fynd should provide customer care contact over phone.

I have ordered in fynd app on 28.11.2018 great winter sale.The amount has been deducted from the wallet but order placed is not there on orders section. The fynd order id and wallet deducted details are attached. They have given a ticket for the issue its been 2days but didn't get a response from them. Remit the amount deducted to the wallet as soon as possible.

I ordered 3 branded shoes from fynd, but i got duplicate items and when i raised return request now fynd taking 8 days, as per their return policy return material must be picked up in 3 working days but still not done.
They have facility to raise complaint by email and chat but it take 12 hours to response. They are giving false promises.
This is the worst experience in my life for online shopping.
Government should cancel his license on urgent basis.
So many people are facing the same issues.

Placed an order on 3rd nov and my delivery date is 10th of nov but still my order was not shipped. If i contact customer support, number does not exist, in chat no response, emailed twice no response. They are running big online shopping market but they don't have any customer care support then how will we guys contact about the issues. They don't have cash on delivery only online payment. Please escalate on high priorities its not only for me every one facing the same issue because they detected amount on online and not delivering the product.

I ordered 4 jeans on fynd app on 31/10/2018 as they do not provide cod (Cash on delivery) i had to pay online
When i check the status of my product it is showing it will reach on 05/11/2018 but still order is in processing and status is "dp assigned" not confirmed by them yet.

I raised a ticket through a mail to their support mail id and tried to chat as well they are not responding anywhere.

I would request you to please take an action and resolve this asap.

This should not be repeated by them to any customers and i don't want other's to face this issue

I took part in fynd sale, when the app showed 80% redemption of fynd credits i shopped goods worth 644 rupees after discount, i paid through paytm and money got deducted, and its been 5 days that i am not furnished with an order confirmation, i have the paytm receipt as proof but the app shows no signs of having an order placed, i have tried to reach out to customer care multiple times but to no avail. I had really trusted the company, i would be happy if i get a customer care response over my order.
