G Broadband — Internet service provider in bangalore cheating customers | |||||
Hi i have used this pathetic internet provider's services for the past 3 months out of which last one month there was absolutely zero internet. I have been calling their equally pathetic customer care for a month now and the response have been not effective at all. Currently they promise call backs but no one calls or turns up to see what problem is there. And the so called head technician "manju reddy" is the most ineffective person who just refuses to come and see where the problem lies I want a refund of the installation and last month bill amount which would be 2300/- at the earliest as this case has been really aggravated. I would really appreciate if this matter is looked into at priority as the officials of g broadband laughing on the call when i am saying the same. I really want strict action to be taken against g broadband. I have surrended the line two months ago but still they have not refunded the deposit. When called their helpline they repeatedly say that accounts team will process the refund. But nothing has happened still now.
