Very very very poor service.I'm just pasting the email which I sent to them.
Hi,
I would like to bring to your notice about the irresponsible behavior of your technicians and very poor g broadband service.
I recharged my account on 15th april 2015. The internet drops very often hence i had to complain many times to your technicians.Every evening around 6 the internet drops and resumes only the day after. This is very frustrating as i have a lot of other work to do not just call your technicians and customer care every half an hour.
when complained to customer care, either they do not respond/return my calls nor they provide a proper solution. simply they give a technicians's number and ask the customer to contact them.(ticket ref number - [protected])
These technicians keep playing the fool with the customers saying they are coming in half an hour/ten minutes/one hour but never turned up till date.
One of the technician named Kishore asked me to change/opt for different broadband like airtel but he will not come and do anything. i want strong aaction to be taken against him as he has been very rude towards me while answering calls or when coming personally.
The Other technicians' number they gave was Mr.MAni sir who answered my call today morning and took a note of my problem and never turned up after that. His call was on wait so many times and was ringing many times though he never cared to answer my call or return my call.
Next Mr.Ganga the head of the area technicians came into the picture.
As usual one hour and half an hour never came. finally after i started calling him around 5 times at a stretch he sent an sms with a phone number asking me to call to that number.
Note: this sms did not have his name or any other details, only contact:number
He did not have the courtesy to even call me and tell the matter.
When i called the number, It was Mr.Kishore again saying me to complain wherever i want to and he will not attend the case.
After a while kishore came home and again behaved the same way saying he is not going to do it and was very very rude to me.
I am not gonna leave this here. will be contacting all the higher most officials in G broadband and also to all the public forums.
They further asked two days time to resolve my issues completely.
Again my internet stopped working from yesterday and they don't care about customers.
After this month recharge it did not even work for two days completely .
I have requested for a refund. And I have raised another ticket today regarding this.
