G Square Housing — Unacceptable delay in refund immediate action required

I had made a booking/payment with GSquare Housing for Plot located in Project: G Square Divine (Location:200'feet Radial Road, Zamin Pallavaram), Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

Despite multiple follow-ups and reassurances, GSquare Housing has failed to process the refund amount due to me. As of the date of this complaint, the refund remains pending beyond a reasonable timeline, and there has been no legally valid justification provided.

I received an email dated Tue, 27 Aug 2024, from Mr. Srinivasan S (Customer Delight Team), stating that due to "unforeseen circumstances, " the refund would take another month. However, this is after repeated delays, missed commitments, and complete disregard of customer trust.
