G — Trying to Port My Sim to other operator but not process | |||
Hi, Dear Sir/Madam, I am customer of your company using reliance sim since 2010 my number is [protected] before this number is CDMA then i port this number to Reliance smart prepaid now i am trying to PORT this number to some other operator but when i try to port it dose not work i call to customer care of Reliance Mobile they told me to go to reliance store i went to reliance store they told me that your sim is data card sim .And i want to know that how my prepaid mobile sim become Data card sim and what is the process to Port my number to other operator. My complaint is about when i book a refil of gas they say that ur order is confirmed and when i go through the service provider they say that ur order is not proceed what the problem I dont knew pls a humble request to u clear the bug
