I have given my vehicle tuv 300 (Mh 43 at 8941) on 20 april to repair for key remote not working properly and noise during gear shifting, acceleration and clutch, at plot no d-175 nerul workshop of g-3 motors ltd. In navi mumbai.
Till today my vehicle work has not completed, and g-3 motors ltd workshop staff said me "we will take another 3 to 4 day " to repair the same.
And there is also more problems in my car tuv 300, when it goes on speed of 80 kmph, engine is hammering and engine sound changes. And when i gave for 1st service on 3000 kms, there was cluster light on total kms of car, it should be removed when service is completed, but they did not removed that
.
In g-3 motors ltd showroom, staff was saying me that tuv 300 have an average of 15 to 16 km/ltr. In city and on highway 17 to 18 km/ltr before selling me the car. When i buy the car and drive in the city, it give me an average of 11 km/ltr. When i complaint about the same in showroom that it give me an average less than what u said me before selling the car. They replied me that company says average more but it doesn't gives average more than 11 to 12 km/ltr in city and 14 km/ltr on highway. They lied and betrayed me before selling the car and now no one is hearing my complaint about this.
Regarding this matter i have called sales manager today several time, but i did not get any response from there side. Then i e-mail him for this matter on email-id given on his visiting card, but that email id is also wrong.
I am attaching visiting card of sales manager, and vehicle inspection check sheet.
So plz do the needful and oblige in the above matter.
