[Resolved]  G3 Motors Ltd Workshop Nerul — XUV5oo. Staff at nerul workshop has no clue how to handle basic operation.

I had call relation manager mr anish sawant for regular servicing of my vehicle xuv 5oo. He transfered my call to a lady who was suppose to assist me in regard to my vehical servicing. Even though i mentioned them mu address is kanidivili east they send the driver to pick up my vehicle and took it to nerul where it could have been easier for them to do the servicing in mumbai.
Once i called mr anish why these happened he did appologized and accept his mistake but did not show any courtsy of refilling the diesel used for pick up n dropping service.
All these could have been void if proper communication would take place between the staff.
