Hi, today I paid to 1 month subscription through internet banking SBI . The transaction completed successfully Rs. 99 got deducted from my account but after returning back to the gana web page its shows transaction failed. the reference no of the payment made through my account is IGAEBLBEV8 my email address is ankit.[protected]@gmail.com please activate my account, thanks . But, in my account, it is displaying as a Free User. I have written an email on 19/7/18 to [protected]@gaana.com regarding this issue. I have not received any reply till now.
I want a refund of my amount and immediate cancellation of my subscription.
