I'm undergraduate student and have no income source. Yesterday unknowingly ganna took 299rs for its ganna subscription. I don't want any subscription. I had already told them about my mistake and asked for cancellation of the subscription and refunding the amount because i don't require the services of gaana.com as a paid user as i am a student with no source of income

      Hallo,

      I am using Ganna.com since long and has subscribed with Premium and since more than 2 yearsi Cannot use the app beacuse i cannot login it through my US mobile Number, through which i activated the account and also paid through Apple Pay.

      I need to access it and log in but nothing is happening.

      Kindly send an OTP or activation link on my number in US so that I can use the Paid verson.

        Hallo,

        I am using Ganna.com since long and has subscribed with Premium and since more than 6 months i Cannot use the app beacuse i cannot login it through my German Number, through which i activated the account and also paid through Apple Pay.

          Hello gaana plus Subscription got renewed automatically without my permission and an amount of rs.199 debit my account with out any password and OTP ... got deducted from my phonpay sbi bank account balance..I kindly request you to refund my money back into my phonpay account wallet as this gaana plus subscription was not needed..

          Last 6 months i don't use this app...

              I have already paid money Rs. 299 for gaana subscription includes nonstpo music without advertisements, still however in two days advertisements started and gaana is demanding me to submit Rs. 299 again this is unscrupulous dishonest and part of conspiracy on part of gaana. please refund my money or else shall start legal action in every possible court and forum available to me.

                    I’m living in Turkey and I’m using Gaana Plus since 2018. The first years Gaana App is nice but now!!! It’s really so bad. Because all song’s giving error, country issues. What should I do about it?????? I already submit so many complaints, no one ignoring them. Please help me or money back.

                          Hi, I'm want to delete my auto pay for gaana, I've ganna pro 6 month coupon, so 14 may 22 I'm try to redeem it, but after i put my payment details as amazon upi, make payment through amazon pay, but my payment get cancelled, so not activated my subscription, but my Amazon UPI AUTO PAYMENT section has enable for auto payment, i can't delete my auto payment, showing ERROR " failed to delete auto pay mandate for gaana "

                            This company is fradulant.
                            They don't allow you to stop auto renewal attempts from their app or website.
                            You can't even deactivate your account unlike other service provider.
                            It's money extortion.
                            This business has to be shut down on the grounds of fradulant practices,

                                  An amount of ₹399 was debited twice from my bank account on 4th may 2022 without my consent for gaana plus subscription. I haven't ever allowed the app to make the payment still It did and now it feels like a fraud. I'm a student and ₹798( ₹399*2) is a big amount for me. I'm in desparate need of that money. Hence I want gaana.com to refund my money as soon as possible.

This is kind of fraud because my permission was never taken to pay for the subscription. Now I want my money to be fully refunded as soon as possible.                                       On 31 jan, 2022 i subscribed to gaana+ trial and i paid by paytm wallet.Now on 1 may 2022 Rs.399 were automatically deducted from my account without my consent even though i didn't wanted the subscription . My request is that you please kindly issue the refund the amount that have been deducted without my permission
