I’m living in Turkey and I’m using Gaana Plus since 2018. The first years Gaana App is nice but now!!! It’s really so bad. Because all song’s giving error, country issues. What should I do about it?????? I already submit so many complaints, no one ignoring them. Please help me or money back.

    Hi, my gaana plus Subscription got renewed automatically without my permission and an amount of rs.199 got deducted from my paytm wallet..i Kindly request you to refund my money back into my paytm wallet as this subscription was not needed by me and it is a fraud done by gaana.com against me..If my money is not refunded back within 2-3 days so being a LAWYER I shall take a strict action against gaana..

    I lodged a complaint on gaana helpdesk through gaana app and raised my query and also wrote my complaint on gaana chat and they refunded my money back..Thank you gaana for addressing my concern quickly..

        Hi, I'm want to delete my auto pay for gaana, I've ganna pro 6 month coupon, so 14 may 22 I'm try to redeem it, but after i put my payment details as amazon upi, make payment through amazon pay, but my payment get cancelled, so not activated my subscription, but my Amazon UPI AUTO PAYMENT section has enable for auto payment, i can't delete my auto payment, showing ERROR " failed to delete auto pay mandate for gaana "

          This company is fradulant.
          They don't allow you to stop auto renewal attempts from their app or website.
          You can't even deactivate your account unlike other service provider.
          It's money extortion.
          This business has to be shut down on the grounds of fradulant practices,

                An amount of ₹399 was debited twice from my bank account on 4th may 2022 without my consent for gaana plus subscription. I haven't ever allowed the app to make the payment still It did and now it feels like a fraud. I'm a student and ₹798( ₹399*2) is a big amount for me. I'm in desparate need of that money. Hence I want gaana.com to refund my money as soon as possible.

This is kind of fraud because my permission was never taken to pay for the subscription. Now I want my money to be fully refunded as soon as possible.                     On 31 jan, 2022 i subscribed to gaana+ trial and i paid by paytm wallet.Now on 1 may 2022 Rs.399 were automatically deducted from my account without my consent even though i didn't wanted the subscription . My request is that you please kindly issue the refund the amount that have been deducted without my permission

                            I have received a free coupon from Paytm for free gana subscription for 3 month.So that I have used that on 18/01/2022. So my 3 months free subscription completed on 18/04/2022. Without asking any permission the amount was automatically deducted a amount of Rs.399/- from my account for 1 year subscription. It's a scam. I don't need any kind subscription from gaana. So kindly cancel my subscription and refund my money...

                            I'm cheated with many times for the gaana plus subscription..My gaana plus subscription was extended for the coming 3 years i.e. till 2024. In between also My gaana plus subscription has lapsed two times and forced me for plus subscription, also has made two times transaction through flip kart plus super coins and with paytm. Also there was three voucher activated over my gaana account.. but now for one week neither My subscription showing me back nor take me to the subscription page it shows an error I'm already active on gaana plus subscription..it's really disgusting for the music lover like please fix the errors on my gaana plus account and also adjust the advance payment extending my plus subscription for more one or two year till 2026 or else give my all coins money back whatever is used on my gaama account

                                I haven't used the gaana app for a really long time. I had opted for its 3 months free membership but I didn't know about its auto renewal policy. I had uninstalled it way back but today I got a message saying 399 deducted from my Paytm wallet. Gaana App didn't send any prior message saying your membership will be renewed... they directly deducted the cash. I do not need the membership ...I just need my money.
                                My sum deduct from my paytm wallet without my authorization. Not got any remainder Message from gaana.com. That was exceptionally fraudity behavior from gaana side.

                                I want my full money refunded.

                                      I received a message from my Paytm postpaid that rs.399 has been deducted from my account. I don't want to renew gaana+ anymore. I didn't made my payment through my paytm postpaid. My amount deduct from my paytm postpaid without my permission. No reply from gaana.com.
                                      That was very fraudy behavior from gaana side.
