    Suddenly a message popped at 399 rupees had been deducted from account by gaana.com
    I double checked and I had no auto renewal option on and there was not even a prior notification as per the gaana policies
    I don't want their [censored] services anymore, I just want my money refunded and my account closed permanently.

      So "gaana" is deducting money from my credit card without any otp/pin and without my consent even though i never used gaana neither downloaded it, they deducted 99rs more than 4 times from my 2 credit cards. I want refund as i never used gaana to listen songs

        It happened on july 22nd.

        I used some code to get a free 3 month trial period of gaana subscription. Jut like netflix, prime video, they also took the card details to start the free trail and mentioned that money will be deducted if you don't cancel the subscription but they will notify you 2-3 days ago before the end of the trial period. They did not send any mail or message 2-3 days before and deducted my money without any notification/permission. One day i woke up and receive a message that my account has been debited 399rs. I couldn't understand where this money has been debited because they didn't even send mail after the deduction and you subscription has been renewed. After 2-3 hours somehow i figured out that gaana has deducted my money.

        How can gaana deduct my money without notify me some days ago. This is so unethical. Even netflix, prime video, coursera they all send a mail some days ago regarding renewal. I am not even using gaana since last 2 months.

          I want to close & delete gaana account permanently. But no one responding from gaana. Help me in closing the account.in gaana platform, there is no option to change email id or mob number. The old mail id registered in the account was not in used stage & also been deleted. The mobile also rarely used. Thats why, i want to delete the account permanently, but gaana customer care is not responsive. So please delete my account.

                  Please delete and close subscription and all services of gaana.com, delete my account as soon as possible. I have complaint about this to gaana support also received reply from gaana team but my issue not resolved.

                  So, i want to close and delete all of my data, services and my account as soon as possible.

                                I subscribed to gaana+ in march for 3 months and on 11 june, the company auto renewed my subscription without any prior notice and according to company policy, they were suppose to mail me about auto renewal. This is totally against the customer policy and not done. Please refund my amount. Email: [protected]@gmail.com

                                  I am facing an issue to activate the gaana gift card for last 7 days. First i got subscription failed, then i got invalid pin number and now i am getting card temporary deactivated message.

                                  I connected to gaana customer service through email, but they failed to resolve the issue and blame it on amazon.

                                    I had already submitted complain once on gaana website in complain/feedback section but since there is no action i'm writing it again here.

                                    I had taken gaana subscription 3 months back. I then deleted credit card number from my gaana account assuming auto renewal won't happen, however it didn't work and i received message for auto renewal, despite i deleted/uninstalled the app long back. Also the timing of auto renewal and sms was 01:11 am, when you can hardly call bank for any clarification.
                                    Moreover, the same credit card was used for gaana account for id"chhabra. [protected]@gmail.com"(Kin account) and she followed the same steps to cancel auto renewal but auto renewal happens for her account too that to for rs 399.
                                    Again i receive the message for the same at 01:25 am.
                                    Frankly we are not interested in having gaana subscription any further and would like refund of my auto renewal deductions of both the accounts.
                                    Expecting a swift resolution.

                                      I had received 3 months of trial membership coupon code for gaana from paytm on march 12, 2020. I had used that coupon code from my account "[protected]@gmail.com" on gaana.

                                      My plan was set to auto-renew on june 9, 2020. They have an option to disable auto-renewal and i had disabled the auto-renewal option on june 5th. But they've went ahead with the auto renewal anyway! With a one year plan of rs. 399

                                      What was the purpose of having a button to disable auto renewal if their intention is to do an auto-renewal without my consent. Perhaps they just want to fool the customers into thinking that the auto-renewal has been cancelled so that they can go ahead an charge the card without the customer noticing! They did this at 12:22 am today morning (June 9, 2020). This is fraud! I wonder how many people they've fooled like this.

                                      As you can see in the attached image of the email i received yesterday night (June 8, 2020) at 11:34 pm saying my membership is expiring. Then how can they renew it without my consent a few minutes later at 12:22 am today morning on june 9, 2020?! Please, please help me get a refund. I don't need their premium music service at all.

                                      Their customer service agent shared an example of what a renewal notification looks like, saying I would have received one like it. It says "Your Gaana+ subscription is expiring and will be auto-renewed tomorrow."

                                      But the notification I received says "Your Gaana+ subscription is about to expire. Please click on the below link to renew:" Which I didn't click!

                                      It's clear from this that I had indeed disabled auto-renewal. And they still went ahead and renewed it and is refusing to refund my money.

                                      Looks like Gaana.com's new business model is to send out promo codes, lure in people and get their credit card numbers and force a subscription on us and then ask us to enjoy it by refusing to issue a refund! They're robbing people blind. Forcing a subscription of Rs. 399 on 1000 people is 4 Lakh Rupees! Disgusting!
