I had already submitted complain once on gaana website in complain/feedback section but since there is no action i'm writing it again here.
My original submitted message was.

I had taken gaana subscription 3 months back. I then deleted credit card number from my gaana account assuming auto renewal won't happen, however it didn't work and i received message for auto renewal, despite i deleted/uninstalled the app long back. Also the timing of auto renewal and sms was 01:11 am, when you can hardly call bank for any clarification.
Moreover, the same credit card was used for gaana account for id"chhabra. [protected]@gmail.com"(Kin account) and she followed the same steps to cancel auto renewal but auto renewal happens for her account too that to for rs 399.
Again i receive the message for the same at 01:25 am.
Frankly we are not interested in having gaana subscription any further and would like refund of my auto renewal deductions of both the accounts.
Expecting a swift resolution.
