I had redeemed a gaana.com coupon code of 3 months plan at re 1. I had unchecked renewal after the 3 months. I checked it on their site in which renewal was shown as inactive. Even in their app it was shown as inactive (Screenshot of app before renewal is attached in complaint which i had taken in case they denied it). But my subscription was still auto renewed. I immediately informed gaana.com for refund as i had already stopped using their services. Now they are saying that i had selected auto renewal so they won't give me refund but will cancel my auto renewal in future (Which was already not active even before their reply).
My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com and registered phone number is [protected].
My transaction id is 1l0gix_q096my (I am attaching the subscription invoice too)

Company (gaana.com) at first denied to give me refund saying I had opted for auto renewal. When I showed them proof that the auto renewal was not active even before they supposedly disabled it ( I had screenshot of both app and website saying renewal service is not active) and reminded them of their terms and conditions according to which they had no authorization from me to charge my card i.e Kotak debit card (their terms only mention icici and HDFC debit cards), they reviewed my case and refunded me the amount.

in the previous comment I have attached the subscription invoice and screenshot of website when I went to cancel auto renewal showing renewal service as not active.
Here I am attaching the screenshot of my app before my plan was renewed on 1st November
I am also attaching the screenshot of the terms and conditions of gaana.com which clearly mentions that users authorize the company for auto renewal through HDFC and ICICI bank debit cards and I had used a kotak account debit card.

After completing my 1 month trial I have applied coupon code and I got 3 months gaana + subscription but even though it's trying to debit the amount but for god sakes due to insufficient funds my money not debited. So plzz give a solution to this that how can I stop this. I got the message from gaana plz give a solution and stop the payment
My Order Id : n8kw8_q0z3c4 fv.W.P.Ramarao. Cancel auto renewal & subsc iption requested. I had subscribed for one month only but never authorised the Co to use my Credit card for auto renewal. It amounts to fraud. The app does not have any methods to unsubscribe or cancel subscription either

    I had an account signed with email address but later on i signed for a new account with my mobile number so my two different accounts have been created and I am unable to merge this two account so plz delete my account with
    Gmail:- [protected]@gmail.com or just merge my two accounts.
    But why are your policies so weird means to create number of accounts registered you are ready to cause inconvenience to your users. And you neither have any option from where we can delete or deactivate our account.

    Lastmonth itself, I have logged onto Gaana web page from browser on my PC and cancelled the subscription.
    But still they have deducted money from my Paytm account
    I want to merge my two gaana accounts, on one out of them have gaana +

      I would like to bring your kind notice that whenever i do call from my phone the add of gaana.com appears on screen and starts playing and that is very disturbing while calling.

      How can i stop this... Please solve it.

      Even i have uninstalled the app"gaana"

      Yesterday I bought gaana plus subscription because it was showing rupees 19 for year in the app and when I paid it debited 399 please refund this is unfair please take action and refund

        I have subscribed to plus membership by giving my credit card details. Now i wanted to stop the plus membership as i don't wish to pay anymore.               On 3rd october, 2018 i have subscribed gaana+. I have paid the amount through paytm wallet. Now, today on oct 4, 2019 rs.399 amount has been deducted from my wallet. I don't want to subscribe the gaana+ this month. My request is to stop auto renewal subscription and initiate process to refund the amount. Also look into the matter, how come, subscription has been renewed without taking my consent. Add an option stop autorenewal also.

                auto debit even after cancelling auto debit instruction

                My account with gaana.com is my phone number [protected]. I had cancelled auto debit immediately after i subscribed for a 3 month trial. Just like this current screenshot. Even after cancelling the subscription gaana.com has gone ahead and debited my account. You can see that even after cancelling auto renewal, in the app it shows that auto renewal is on. Fix this and refund my rs. 99

                I had read all the reviews and fraudlents about the company so i decided to purchase a trial through paytm and when i redeem that code. Its showing gaana plus user for 3 months but the adds are still there and i cant even download any songs as they are telling me to purchase again.                   Hello team,

                  Few days back, i brought gaana+ subscription for 1 year and it was working for one or two week. Now at one fine morning i did some update and after that it asked me to login but after login it is showing free user. I did try to reach them but their response is not satisfactory. I have the email where it is showing subscription amount paid but they are saying all my email id belongs to free user.

                  This is seriously a harrassment and i feel cheated.

                    I had taken a 1 month gaana + plan and after then the co has been auto deducting the amount from my credit card.

                    I want to stop this auto deducting immediately. I tried doing it through sms but it is saying you have not taken any vad.

                    This is a complete loot from this fraud company, how can they deduct monry without taking my permission. Moreover they don't have any customer care number and it is not possible to contact their representative at all.

                    It also not possible to stop the subscription. This is a open loot by this fraud company. Please help me get rid of this fraud by gaana.com.

                        Dear gaana service provider i here by inform you i have taken subscription gana plus for one year up to 21.10.2019 but your app has been disabled last day since one month is still pending
                        Many time i complaint for your worst service but no resolution has been provided even after you stopped my service before 01 month. It is highly disappointed it's a digital loot.
                        Gaana.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        I subscribed to gaana plus earlier but they renewed my plan for 1 month @Rs 99 and deducted my money from credit card without my consent. Please refund my money back asap and unsubscribe me from gaana plus as there is no unsubscribe button. Why gaana don't keep unsubscribe button?. I will never suggest anyone to use gaaana plus. It's chit.

                          I had been a member of the gaana plus subscription for the past 1 year. I had a great experience in using gaana, that is till they auto-renewed my gaana plus subscription without my permission.

                          I had turned off auto-renew while buying into the subscription, as well as elsewhere where it was asked. I would've loved to continue with their services however, i'm not comfortable in buying the subscription at this moment in time.

                          Kindly refund me the amount of rs. 399, and cancel my gaana plus subscription.

                              I purchased subscription of gaana worth ₹149 on 6th may 2019 and today (4th sep 2019) i tried to login but it says u r a free user. I contacted them but they didn't respond. They respond once and said there is no account with your email. But in notification of gaana apk there is a notification of purchasing. Once this isuue happened that time they fixed but now they are not taking any response.

                                I subscribed 1 yrs (One year) gaana plan on 13 february 2019. For this plan they had charged rs 399.00 on my axis bank a/c, & its charge id is pur/www gaana com/gurgaon/0000000000000000000000000/seq no[protected]. Recently i have bought new mobile phone but now this plan aren't working on new phone.
                                So please solve this problem as soon as possible.

                                But now I can’t able to download song. It again asking to subscribe. But I was already paid.

                                I want to deactivate or delete my gaana account linked with my mobile number [protected] urgently. Do needful by end of the day. I want to link my mobile to my actual account i.e. linked to my email id lkkithakur.[protected]@gmail.com
                                I have buyed a bundled pack of Gaana and Sonyliv sub but i have not received the code till now😨 I want the help from Gaana and have contacted them but they are just not replying me😒

                                  Hello i really want to delete my gaana account permanently please do it as early as possible. My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com please delete my gaana account permanently as soon as possible it is very important to be deleted as it is creating some personal problem to me. I will really appreciate if it deletes soon. Please look forward to this and take some action.

                                  I want to close my gaana account. It is getting auto renewed.
                                  There is no button on there website or mobile app where we can deactivate or close account.

                                  I never seen such disheartening way to maintain customers.
                                  I purchased ganna plus from Paytm coupon and on last day of my subscription automatically RS 99 was charged because of Auto renewal but I have already opted Ganna plus for next 3 month using my cred points but today morning on last day old.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have taken one-month gaana subscription package, after that, they are renewing the plan without asking me, even i could not able unsubscribe the plan.

                                    I could not able to remove my card details from gaana.com.

                                    They are not responding to calls and chat. Please take a complaint against them.

                                    Please help me to stop the renewal of one-month package.
