Hello,

I would like to bring your kind notice that whenever i do call from my phone the add of gaana.com appears on screen and starts playing and that is very disturbing while calling.

How can i stop this... Please solve it.

Even i have uninstalled the app"gaana"

I am using samsung j72016 and vodafone numbers

Yesterday I bought gaana plus subscription because it was showing rupees 19 for year in the app and when I paid it debited 399 please refund this is unfair please take action and refund

I subscribed for gaana plus last year but i don't want to continue the subscription this year. However, it got auto renewed from my paytm wallet, I don't want this subscription anymore. I would like to unsubscribe from gaana.com and stop all future payments to gaana.com asap.

I want refund of subscription charges.

    I have subscribed to plus membership by giving my credit card details. Now i wanted to stop the plus membership as i don't wish to pay anymore. Gaana is already taken money from my credit card, which i don't given access to them. I wanted to stop this auto debit as early as possible. Please help me with this. Registered email id is sbb.     This seems a worst thing with Gaana. With out customer contest, they are stealing money from people.
    I don't want to pay to Gaana .
    I don't see option to unsubscribe in the mobile App.

        Ganna app automatically charged me 399 rs for a subscription which i never subscribed i dont even have ganna app installed in my device, still this app deducted my 399 from my paytm wallet without any consent, mail, message nothing, i never subscribed anything from this app, i request you stop auto renewal and refund of my deducted money, i never subscribed any plan from ganna and this app showing (Free user) even after charging 399, means they deducted my 399 for a subscription which i never asked, and still showing me as a free user with no subscription.???           On 3rd october, 2018 i have subscribed gaana+. I have paid the amount through paytm wallet. Now, today on oct 4, 2019 rs.399 amount has been deducted from my wallet. I don't want to subscribe the gaana+ this month. My request is to stop auto renewal subscription and initiate process to refund the amount. Also look into the matter, how come, subscription has been renewed without taking my consent. Add an option stop autorenewal also.

            auto debit even after cancelling auto debit instruction

            My account with gaana.com is my phone number [protected]. I had cancelled auto debit immediately after i subscribed for a 3 month trial. Just like this current screenshot. Even after cancelling the subscription gaana.com has gone ahead and debited my account. You can see that even after cancelling auto renewal, in the app it shows that auto renewal is on. Fix this and refund my rs. 99

            I had read all the reviews and fraudlents about the company so i decided to purchase a trial through paytm and when i redeem that code. Its showing gaana plus user for 3 months but the adds are still there and i cant even download any songs as they are telling me to purchase again. Ive tried to contact them via support in the app but no one replied.

              Hello team,

              Few days back, i brought gaana+ subscription for 1 year and it was working for one or two week. Now at one fine morning i did some update and after that it asked me to login but after login it is showing free user. I did try to reach them but their response is not satisfactory. I have the email where it is showing subscription amount paid but they are saying all my email id belongs to free user.

              This is seriously a harrassment and i feel cheated.

                I had taken a 1 month gaana + plan and after then the co has been auto deducting the amount from my credit card.

                I want to stop this auto deducting immediately. I tried doing it through sms but it is saying you have not taken any vad.

                This is a complete loot from this fraud company, how can they deduct monry without taking my permission. Moreover they don't have any customer care number and it is not possible to contact their representative at all.

                It also not possible to stop the subscription. This is a open loot by this fraud company. Please help me get rid of this fraud by gaana.com.

                      I had been a member of the gaana plus subscription for the past 1 year. I had a great experience in using gaana, that is till they auto-renewed my gaana plus subscription without my permission.

                      I had turned off auto-renew while buying into the subscription, as well as elsewhere where it was asked. I would've loved to continue with their services however, i'm not comfortable in buying the subscription at this moment in time.

                      Kindly refund me the amount of rs. 399, and cancel my gaana plus subscription.

                        Also mailed them but no reply.

                        i've cancelled my subscription and also disabled auto renewal before two months but i've been charged with ₹399 on (September 10, 2019)

                        So i request you to cancel the subscription and refund me the amount back.

                          I purchased subscription of gaana worth ₹149 on 6th may 2019 and today (4th sep 2019) i tried to login but it says u r a free user. I contacted them but they didn't respond. They respond once and said there is no account with your email. But in notification of gaana apk there is a notification of purchasing. Once this isuue happened that time they fixed but now they are not taking any response.

                              There is no button on there website or mobile app where we can deactivate or close account.

                              I never seen such disheartening way to maintain customers.

                                Hi,

                                I have taken one-month gaana subscription package, after that, they are renewing the plan without asking me, even i could not able unsubscribe the plan.

                                I could not able to remove my card details from gaana.com.

                                They are not responding to calls and chat. Please take a complaint against them.

                                Please help me to stop the renewal of one-month package.

                                  I redeemed a coupon from gaana and cancelled trial period before given time limit for renewal but this gaana app charged me rs 399 wrongly. I'm damn sure that i did not opt for renewal. I tried to get in touch with them but somehow i talked on their customer support then they declined to give me refund. Seriously pathetic. Beaware guys, they wont entertain your query. Baaki aapki marzi. I'm gonna take it legal.

                                    Last night gaana.com has debited 399/- rs. From my credit card without any prior notification or reminder. This is fully unauthorized charge i never set auto renewal on my account.
                                    I have chatted with them but no response from their side.

                                    Worst experience happen 1st time with me. Gaana.com is not trust full now. They have down their value now. I will never suggest anyone to use gaana.com now and those who using gaana.com i will ask them to not use it.

                                    I kindly request gaana.com to refund my money in my card back.

                                    Hello sir i am a gana plus user . And automatically my account is debited with 399 without my permission for auto renewal .I want to cancel my auto renewal and kindly refund my money full amount in my account and cancel my plus user account . And i am a student and i have verified my id kindly refund my amount
