Hi,

This is regarding gaana+ subscription for which i did payment in 24th june'19 with bank reference id[protected] and payu id - [protected].

My registered email id with gaana is - [protected]@gmail.com

The payment of rs. 399 was successful, however gaana+ subscription is still not active. I've been following up via app chat option, but no luck.

Can someone please look into this on priority!!

Attaching the payment confirmation mail from payu as well for quick reference.

    I subscribed for 499rs plan, (Gaana plus + sony live premium subscriptions for 1yr) on 16th july 2019 on gaana.com

    Did not get any coupon code to be entered in the sony liv app.

    I just got an email from sony liv to verify email address... But no coupon code, as they mentioned in the scheme on gaana app

    I logged in sony live with the email address verified through their mail, but the premium content is still inaccessible.

      Hi,

      Today i received a message from hdfc bank that rs.399 has been deducted from my account. I don't want to renew gaana+ anymore. I made my payment through credit card. There is no subscription available at google play store also. It was without my concern. That was very fraudy behavior from gaana side.

      I want my full money refunded.

        not able to download songs even on having gaana+ subscription

        I recently changed my phone, when I installed Gaana on new phone I am not able to download any songs also not able to sync songs from old device. I have active 6 months Gaana+ subscription valid till September still I have to face this Issue.
        Whenever I try to download the song it asks to redownload everytime
        Please either solve this issue or refund me....

        This is with regard to the payment of rs. 99 done just a few mins back. I made the payment and logged out and logged in again as per the email received, but i'm unable to download and instead it keeps asking for more payment even after logging out and in again and again.

        This is absolutely unprofessional. Either give access to download and return the money back to my account.

          Rs 399 has been deducted from my account today with out my consent. (07/09/2019)
          There's no option to cancel the auto renewal as well. Please refund this amount and cancel the auto renewal as earliest.
          Transaction i'd received from bank 447316

          Yearly subscription amount will be deducted with out informing customers. There is no option to cancel auto renewal other than email or chat. Chat support is not responsive and pathetic. Only way is to reach the consumer court. Be careful with this app and services

          Please refund this amount and cancel the auto subscription as earliest.

            Gaana has deducted rs 399 from my hdfc credit card without my consent. This really ridiculous and fraudulent act by gaana.com. Refund my money asap. I have been using its trial version and at that time told me by gaana that subscription amount would be charged after my permission only. But now today i have received massage for deduction of 399 rs. Attached the message which i got
            This is looting act. Now i want my money back.

            Please note that once you redeem the voucher, it clearly gives a message that to ACTIVATE the GAANA PLUS SUBCRIPTION complete the details on the payment page and before you choose the plan where on the top the clear message on AUTOMATIC RENEWAL is shown, you can refer the attached screenshot for the same.

            Hence, this was a complete valid and authorized transaction.

            Now, when it comes to refunding to the amount, that is being declined as the subscription is already activated.

            However, taking your case in consideration even after a valid transaction as a good will we have initiated the refund for you and the amount will reflect back in your account within 5-6 working days. The subsciption has also been canceled.

            PLEASE NOTE: While purchasing or activating a subscription please do check the details mentioned to maintain the transparency between the company (which we did) and consumer both.

              I want you to return my amount at the earliest and cancel the subscription.
              The company is not replying to phone calls and emails..

                  I had done a one time rs.99 subscription on gaana.com on the website on july 1st. The subscription was for my friend using her phone number but my credit card was used. My friend would like to end the subscription now. But there is no option to cancel the subscription and no customer service email. There is no response from the phone number provided. I do not want the money to be automatically deducted from my account every month. Please help cancel the subscription. Thank you.

                    First i took a subscription of students pack of ₹149 payment was done later i was charged ₹399 and ₹149 and the money was cut automatically i have paid ₹550 for a student this is tooo much gaana has taken my money unnecessarily please refund my money and yes i don’t think the app should charge money like this i hope my money is refunded because paying ₹550 extra for a subscription of ₹149 is too much especially as a student this is too much and i m really tensed i hope you guys look into the matter and refund my money

                      I purchased the gaana plus on monthly basis only to downloading bajan of rahaul chaudary 87 bajan shown in the list but i cannot download the single bajan. I requested to please tell one time charges and send me pen drive. I ready to pay any amount. I very fan of rahaul chadury krishna bajan.                         They have charged rs.399 for a subscription themselves and didn't even take permission from me. I haven't used the app. I even reached to their chat support and they just denied it. I want my money back. And even according to their own policies, they don't charge the auto renewal from credit card. I want my money back.
                        And also according to new RBI guidelines, no firm can charge a credit card without permissions

                        Please note that once the customer redeem the voucher, they are then redirected to the payment page where they have to put the card details, and it is mentioned that "YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FIRST THREE MONTHS", and also on the pay u payment page the customer can untick the option for "SAVE CARD FOR FUTURE RENEWALS".

                        But, in your case it was ticked, and a complete authorization from your end to active the auto-renewal.

                        However, we have now removed the auto-renewal and no further payment will be deducted.

                        I paid Rs99 for Above mentioned subscription but they got money concern plan is not activated in the App. either i need that plan or else they have to refund the money back ([protected]) registered mobile number
                        I am unable to download songs whenever I click on download it shows still the watch symbol for very long time and never gets downloaded. And when I click on the same it shows 'do you want to remove the song from download queue'for the same song &iam a gaana plus subscriber

                          Today Around 6 55 pm I Subscribed Ganna Students Pack.But Due Server's Late Reply I Could Not Understood Whether The Pack Was Active Or Not.So While Downloading Song The App Was Asking For Re 1 To Download Songs.I Mistakenly Again transacted Re 1.After 10 Mins A Message Came That My Re 1 Ganaa Pack Has Got Activated Over Student Pack Of Rs 149. My Rs 149 And And Re 1 Both Got Deducted.Now It Is Showing That My One Month Ganaa Plus Is Active ...If You Kindly Apply The Ganaa Students Pack For 149 It Would B Really Helpful For Me.

                                After using ganna application i got really impressed and went for a 6 subscription by using flipkart coins but i realized that i got jacked up as soon i applied for the subscription by using 50 flipkart coins this application stopped working. Fake gaana application, i lost my coins trusting gaana. Please get this resolved to my satisfaction so that i can continue using the application.

                                  1. My email id "mahendra. [protected]@gmail.com" is not working and says my password is invalid

                                  2. I have tried resetting my password but the link that gaana.com have sent me just goes back to the login page

                                  3. Though i have paid a 6 month subscription of gaanaplus until september 2019:-
                                  - the app keeps saying that i am a free user.
                                  - i am not able to download songs and the app starts asking for more money even though i have already paid for six month subscription for hd downloading

                                  I cannot find a way to complain directly and get my money back. Please either resolve the issue or provide me with a refund

                                  Please be advised, that if the songs are stuck in queue, you need to delete the songs in queue then logout and login again using the registered details.

                                  After logging in try downloading a single song and see it it works.

                                  I have subscribed for Gaana plus and the amount has been debited though my apple phone and shows as one of my active subscription but the app continues to show me as free user. What’s worst is that even after repeated emails and chasers the Gaana customer service does not deem it important enough to respond back. It’s like I am banging head against the wall. One of the most frustrating and annoying experiences that I ever had for a product that I have bought.

                                    I subscribed for 499rs plan, (Gaana plus + sony live premium subscriptions for 1yr)

                                    Did not get any coupon code to be entered in the sony liv app.

                                    I just got an email from sony liv to verify email address... But no coupon code, as they mentioned in the scheme on gaana app

                                    I logged in sony live with the email address verified through their mail, but the premium content is still inaccessible.

                                      I started ganna+ trial. I just saw my cc statement that auto-renewal fee for gaana+ subscription was deducted from my cc. My request is to stop auto renewal subscription and initiate process to refund the amount deducted without my consent or prior notice/message. Also look into the matter, how come, subscription has been renewed without taking my consent
