Gaana has deducted rs 399 from my hdfc credit card without my consent. This really ridiculous and fraudulent act by gaana.com. Refund my money asap. I have been using its trial version and at that time told me by gaana that subscription amount would be charged after my permission only. But now today i have received massage for deduction of 399 rs. Attached the message which i got
This is looting act. Now i want my money back.

We do understand your concern regarding the auto-renewal.

Please note that once you redeem the voucher, it clearly gives a message that to ACTIVATE the GAANA PLUS SUBCRIPTION complete the details on the payment page and before you choose the plan where on the top the clear message on AUTOMATIC RENEWAL is shown, you can refer the attached screenshot for the same.

Hence, this was a complete valid and authorized transaction.

Now, when it comes to refunding to the amount, that is being declined as the subscription is already activated.

However, taking your case in consideration even after a valid transaction as a good will we have initiated the refund for you and the amount will reflect back in your account within 5-6 working days. The subsciption has also been canceled.

PLEASE NOTE: While purchasing or activating a subscription please do check the details mentioned to maintain the transparency between the company (which we did) and consumer both.

I want to unsubscribe and deactivate for Gaana.com account, but there is no such option given on the app. this feature must there on any app.
I already having Student pack for one year but every month they debited my money (99rs)

    The amount of rs 399 is debited twice on the same date (9 july 2019) from my account.
    I want you to return my amount at the earliest and cancel the subscription.
    The company is not replying to phone calls and emails..
    The customer support is pathetic..

        I had done a one time rs.99 subscription on gaana.com on the website on july 1st. The subscription was for my friend using her phone number but my credit card was used. My friend would like to end the subscription now. But there is no option to cancel the subscription and no customer service email. There is no response from the phone number provided. I do not want the money to be automatically deducted from my account every month. Please help cancel the subscription. Thank you.

        I (Nimai Banerjee) nephew of Sri Kanai Bandapadhya, complaining that you (Gaana.com) had recorded only B-side of the cassette, the A-side of the same has not been added in your Library, we are missing that, can you people please add the A-side of the same (Agomoni).

          First i took a subscription of students pack of ₹149 payment was done later i was charged ₹399 and ₹149 and the money was cut automatically i have paid ₹550 for a student this is tooo much gaana has taken my money unnecessarily please refund my money and yes i don’t think the app should charge money like this i hope my money is refunded because paying ₹550 extra for a subscription of ₹149 is too much especially as a student this is too much and i m really tensed i hope you guys look into the matter and refund my money

              They have charged rs.399 for a subscription themselves and didn't even take permission from me. I haven't used the app. I even reached to their chat support and they just denied it. I want my money back. And even according to their own policies, they don't charge the auto renewal from credit card. I want my money back.
              And also according to new RBI guidelines, no firm can charge a credit card without permissions

              Please note that once the customer redeem the voucher, they are then redirected to the payment page where they have to put the card details, and it is mentioned that "YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FIRST THREE MONTHS", and also on the pay u payment page the customer can untick the option for "SAVE CARD FOR FUTURE RENEWALS".

              But, in your case it was ticked, and a complete authorization from your end to active the auto-renewal.

              However, we have now removed the auto-renewal and no further payment will be deducted.

              I am unable to download songs whenever I click on download it shows still the watch symbol for very long time and never gets downloaded. And when I click on the same it shows 'do you want to remove the song from download queue'for the same song &iam a gaana plus subscriber

                Today Around 6 55 pm I Subscribed Ganna Students Pack.But Due Server's Late Reply I Could Not Understood Whether The Pack Was Active Or Not.So While Downloading Song The App Was Asking For Re 1 To Download Songs.I Mistakenly Again transacted Re 1.After 10 Mins A Message Came That My Re 1 Ganaa Pack Has Got Activated Over Student Pack Of Rs 149. I tried every possible way to revoke it, yet couldn't find a resolved issue.The few tips displayed by gaana did not work for me at all.                       After using ganna application i got really impressed and went for a 6 subscription by using flipkart coins but i realized that i got jacked up as soon i applied for the subscription by using 50 flipkart coins this application stopped working. Fake gaana application, i lost my coins trusting gaana. Please get this resolved to my satisfaction so that i can continue using the application.

                        1. My email id "mahendra. [protected]@gmail.com" is not working and says my password is invalid

                        2. I have tried resetting my password but the link that gaana.com have sent me just goes back to the login page

                        3. Though i have paid a 6 month subscription of gaanaplus until september 2019:-
                        - the app keeps saying that i am a free user.
                        - i am not able to download songs and the app starts asking for more money even though i have already paid for six month subscription for hd downloading

                        I cannot find a way to complain directly and get my money back. Please either resolve the issue or provide me with a refund

                        I have subscribed for Gaana plus and the amount has been debited though my apple phone and shows as one of my active subscription but the app continues to show me as free user. What’s worst is that even after repeated emails and chasers the Gaana customer service does not deem it important enough to respond back. It’s like I am banging head against the wall. One of the most frustrating and annoying experiences that I ever had for a product that I have bought.

                          Did not get any coupon code to be entered in the sony liv app.

                          I just got an email from sony liv to verify email address... But no coupon code, as they mentioned in the scheme on gaana app

                          I logged in sony live with the email address verified through their mail, but the premium content is still inaccessible.

                            I started ganna+ trial. I just saw my cc statement that auto-renewal fee for gaana+ subscription was deducted from my cc. My request is to stop auto renewal subscription and initiate process to refund the amount deducted without my consent or prior notice/message. Also look into the matter, how come, subscription has been renewed without taking my consent

                              I, tanmoy mitra, subscribed to gaana plus pack for 12 months for rs 499. 1st transaction didn't result in successful subscription. I then tried 2nd time on the same day 17 may 2019 from my mail id: [protected]@gmail.com. This time it was successful. I waited for the refund of extra 499 rupees amount for 10 days or so..                                   Hi, some time before i have checked into my account if there is any auto renewal activity on in my account, and at that time, no activation status is being shown, and i tried every possible way to check and deactivate that service, but i did not found anything. Eventually i thought that no service is activated and no money will be deducted from my account, but somehow it happened and i felt cheated at that time

                                  I have a/c with mobile number but when i try to enter my email id it says its already in use as used to login with facebook. so i want to merge this two a/c.Or at least delete the a/c with email as mobile verified a/c has gaana plus

                                    Hi, i want to deactivate my one account and want to use my current account.

                                    I have 2 account one with gmail and another one with a mobile number and i want to use my personal gmail and mobile number with one account. On my gmail, i have premium gaana account and with mobile, it's basic account, so i want to deactivate my account that is associated with a mobile number so that i can add the number on the account (Premium ganna account) with gmail. I do not want to use 2 accounts. I want the resolution asap.

                                      Sir/ madam, i have paid rs99/- two times for one month subscription on 29.04.2019. I have requested for refund of one amount rs99/- which was excess paid /deducted from my credit card.
                                      I wrote nearly 22 mails no action has been taken by your team to refund the amount. They wrote that two times amount received but want account number for refund.
                                      I wrote let them close all my accounts and refund.
                                      Meaning less replies are being received from your team.
                                      Please look into the matter and close any account and refund my excess deducted amount at once.

                                        Iam a subscribed member of gaana.. That is iam gaana plus member for one year from october 2018. Still i am not able to download songs from last month.. Songs will be queued to download.. Unable to download even after removing previously downloaded songs.. Please help me to sort out this problem. I need to download songs which i like in gaana. Iam gaana plus member.. Please do the needful to resolve the problem, bcs i am not able to download songs even after subscribing to gaana.
