We do understand your concern regarding the auto-renewal.
Please note that once you redeem the voucher, it clearly gives a message that to ACTIVATE the GAANA PLUS SUBCRIPTION complete the details on the payment page and before you choose the plan where on the top the clear message on AUTOMATIC RENEWAL is shown, you can refer the attached screenshot for the same.
Hence, this was a complete valid and authorized transaction.
Now, when it comes to refunding to the amount, that is being declined as the subscription is already activated.
However, taking your case in consideration even after a valid transaction as a good will we have initiated the refund for you and the amount will reflect back in your account within 5-6 working days. The subsciption has also been canceled.
PLEASE NOTE: While purchasing or activating a subscription please do check the details mentioned to maintain the transparency between the company (which we did) and consumer both.
