Please refund my auto debit rupees 299

Sir I have pay no any money but Gaana app deduct 299/- rs from my account without giving any information. I canceled the auto renewal process from my end. Requesting you to refund my money immediately else will complain against you in customer foram. My phone number [protected]....

Please refund my money of rs 299, because I haven't use ganna app and I have money problem, so please refund my money as soon as possible.I want to cancel my gaan subscription pack and get refund.     I bought Flipkart plus one year subscription through Flipkart. I paid 200 Flipkart super coins to buy the coupon. I activated the plus membership from Gaana app-settings -apply coupons menu. This activated the plus benefits and I could see the membership details active for next one year.

    But after two days when I check the app, the plus benefits have been taken away, and my account was auto converted into free user account.

    I contacted Gaana support through email and through app. But everytime I am getting a reply from a bot, i don't they are checking the support tickets. Worst experience ever.

    Dear Gaana, please take an action on this, i will keep on raising compliant through all possible means.

          my name is munesh kumar and 7th of march mid-night 12:27AM, I got a message from paytm their 299 rupee has been transaction for gaana.com i don't know how it is possible to deduct an amount. I seriously contact to paytm exucutive then they tell me its atomatic payment systm and close 2041 and if you want to be close so contact gaana.com whenever i contact gaana.com but their is no contact to gaana.com executive and gaana.com application show am a free user and payment goes where they didnot know
          please help me regardig this stop atomatic payment issue

              I have received a free coupon from My Hyundai India for free gana subscription for 1 month. So that I have used that on January 2023 So my 1 month free subscription completed on 27/02/2023. If my previous subscription is 1 month than how you decided to that I had purchase your 1-year subscription pack. Without asking any permission the amount was automatically deducted a amount of Rs.399/- from my account for 1 year subscription. It's a scam. I don't need any kind subscription from gaana.                   I already cancelled auto renew my subscription few months back and I noticed again I charged amount og RS 499 for renewal.Last week I go the mail but I didn't respond because already I cancelled the subscription few months back .So I am kindly requesting to refund the amount charged from me.

                  Gaana.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                  Not received any response even cancelled the auto renewal then also charged doesn’t make any sense. I can say typical cheating.Refund my money to same channel.
                  still my issue is not resolved.Even after cancelling auto renewal subscription what basis charged me.Refund my amount charged.

                      Hi,

                      I am Vinay Korandla. I have a Gaana plus subscription which is suto renewing on monthly basis. However, I would like to cancel it but everytime I try the app says cancellation has failed and giving me no reason for it.

                      I would request you to cancel it before next cycle starting on 24 Feb 2023.

                                I tried canceling Gaana 1 year subscription a few days in service but they didn't let me. So I waited for 1 year, and now they are auto-subscribing for 2nd year and charging my credit on File.

                                I tried following their steps multiple times in-app in Profile and on the web, to turn off auto-renewal and cancel, but flow doesn't work and it says it fails. No support email was provided as well, only chat with the bot which also...
