I renewed my gaana plus with 299 but it's still not activated and complaint to them via customer care chat. I make ticket also. But still they are not give any reply to me.
So what I want to do? By consumer court or other people's 🤔🤔

        Payment done for Rs. 299 for a year and also 99 for a month, but still asks for renewal. Multiple tickets raised but no response. There is no option to call customer care too. The chat feature is utterly useless and frustrating. It is clear case of fraud from Gaana.com
        Need refund and subscription renewal to happen.

            My registered mobile no is [protected] and registered mail id [protected]@gmail.com, my GAANA+ subscription ends on 14th May 2023.

            On 17th May 2023 at 12.04 a.m I paid for GAANA+ renewal amount Rs.299.00 and payment was successfully processed vide Order id: GAANAPP_11797169 and TR Id: OM[protected] via PhonPe. But, unfortunately the account is not activated till now.

            I contacted you many times to contact you, but no one replied to me correctly.

            When I wanted to subscribe again, the app showed that, You cannot proceed since you already have an active subscription.

            My humble request to you, kindly take this matter seriously and take necessary action. if you unable to do it, please refund my money

                                  I bought Flipkart plus one year subscription through Flipkart. I paid 200 Flipkart super coins to buy the coupon. I activated the plus membership from Gaana app-settings -apply coupons menu. This activated the plus benefits and I could see the membership details active for next one year.

                                  But after two days when I check the app, the plus benefits have been taken away, and my account was auto converted into free user account.

                                  I contacted Gaana support through email and through app. But everytime I am getting a reply from a bot, i don't they are checking the support tickets. Worst experience ever.

                                  Dear Gaana, please take an action on this, i will keep on raising compliant through all possible means.
