Hai, I'm Bogi Anilkumar, Living in Khammam. But I'm not using the Ganna app on my mobile. The subscription amount of 499/- Was automatically deducted without intimation. The amount was deducted from this UPI Transaction ID:[protected] on 03.10.2022 at 12.15 AM to my Fi Savings Account.

    As per Gaana policy, They must intimate me before auto deduction from my account however, I had not received any email or message regarding the same.

    So, Requested to CONSUMER COMPLAINS TEAM, Kindly help to refund the 499 Rs which is deducted from my account automatically.

        My account was debited with 499 rs without my consent. How can you do this . I got free subscription for gaana plus by Flipkart for 6 months and now it is renewed for 1 year by debiting 499 from directly my account without even asking me without any notice of message. This dirty tactics of your is highly offensive. I feel demand my money back. Refund it as soon as possible or else I will have to take strict action against your company and your policies

            I already paid the subscription amount and subscription is not activated on my number Or email.

            I do recive popup that please login/singup to activate subscription.

            But this buggy app I tried like more than 50 times but still I am not getting plus subscription.

            I already wrote two emails to [protected]@ganna.com. It's 4th day today still I haven't heard from the ganna.

            After this experience I do not want your subscription just refund the amount.

            That's all I want.

            Please check the attached proof.

                  I have using a one time free coupon apps Gaana.com since a 10 month but today 03.10.2022 12.15 AM, Without asking any permission the amount was automatically deducted a amount of Rs.499/- from my account UPI (Phone Pee) for 1 year subscription. It's a scam. I don't need any kind subscription from gaana. So kindly cancel my subscription and refund my money immediately. And here I have attached the paid receipt for your reference. Kindly do the needful earlier.

                      I'm Aditya. I was having 3 month subscription which was going to end in the month of October and I was not going to have any further subscription. But on October 2nd when I checked my bank account 199rs was deducted from it for gaana subscription and I was not informed or notified about it. I don't want that subscription I've cancelled it and I want my money back. Thank you

                          I subscribed for gaana plus today by paying 299 through internet banking, but still i am not getting access to gaana.com. neither have I got any confirmation about receipt of the payment.

                            With out intimation gaana deducted 199 rs from my bank .
                            I dont want to subscribe the gaana plus.
                            If you dont have momey to run comapny just begg for fundings or else sell the company but dont deduct peoples money without theire information.
                            Its warn gaana plus to refund my amount and resolve the issue asap.

                                Post trial, I was never updated or given an option to take decision on whether to opt for renewal or cancellation. They have taken libarity to deduct my money without my consent or prior notice of the subscription details.

                                I would like to have the subscription cancelled and refund to my bank at the earliest possible.

                                  Hi, my gaana plus plus subscription got renewed without my permission and an amount of rs. 199 rupee got deducted from my account i kimdly request gaana to refund my money back, the subscription renewal wasnt needed by me at all, this is a fraud done by gaana.com taking money from consumer's accound without there respective involvement, that's not something to be reminded every republic day, being a student of law I will file a consumer complain against gaana.com in respected consumer court if I don't get the refund.

                                    I have paid for yearly subscription Rs. 299 from my I phone exactly after one month it’s is showing as free user in the app. Asking to pay again. In transaction history of the app it is showing 299 Rs. transaction . Tried emailing but got the system generated mail saying wait for 48 hrs .. many days have past.
