[Resolved] Gaana.com — gaana.com subscription of gaana+ | |||||
12th october 2017 i have subscribed 3 month gaana+ at rs.208/-. I have paid the amount through paytm wallet ([protected]). Now, this month on 12th january 12pm 2018 the same amount has been deducted from my wallet. I don't want to subscribe the gaana+ this month. My request is to stop the subscription and initiate process to refund the amount. Also look into the matter, howcome, subscription has been renewed without taking my consent. It's disheartening to know that you want to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription. It would be really helpful if you can please share the reason for this so that we can try to improve your experience. Also, We would like to update you, you have taken the subscription with the Diwali offer where on every subsequent auto-renewal you will get 30% discount and if you cancel the auto-renewal this offer will not be available again.
