[Resolved] Gaana.com — Money debited but not reflected in your account | |||||
I made a netbanking transaction twice with gaana.com portal on 14th feb 2017 to register a 2 month package for Rs 297/-, though the transaction went through from the bank the portal mentions transaction was not through for Rs 297/- while Rs 584/- is deducted from my bank account but the same does not reflect on gaana.com which says transaction failed.
