[Resolved]  Gaana.com — money deducted from my hdfc cc account account without my consent

Gaana.com deducted rs 399 from my hdfc cc account without my permission and subscribed me to it. It didn't even asked for pin/otp. I don't want to subscribe further but then also it deducted my money from my account.

I don't want to continue with the subscription (If any).

Request you to refund my money and cancel all my accounts from gaana.

Anything which is not clearly visible enough and it has money incurred, it can be a case of fraud.

Please do the needful asap.

Please note that at that time of purchasing the subscription/ redeeming the code your subscription was on auto renewal. This is the reason, due to which we charged the amount. Also, this is an authorized transaction.We suggest you to enjoy your current subscription as it is already credited in your account.

I have also been charged of Rs.399 with HDFC cc. They told that I used one free coupon for 3 months and after that it is auto renewed, but during the trial peiod of time I didn't see any subscription in Google Play store and they are not cleared the process to unsubscribe it. Before the renewal also there is no intimation.

Clearly they are focused to pick the money from customer's pocket with knowing that customer wants their service or not.
