[Resolved] Gaana.com — money deducted from my hdfc cc account account without my consent | |
Gaana.com deducted rs 399 from my hdfc cc account without my permission and subscribed me to it. It didn't even asked for pin/otp. I don't want to subscribe further but then also it deducted my money from my account. I don't want to continue with the subscription (If any). Request you to refund my money and cancel all my accounts from gaana. Anything which is not clearly visible enough and it has money incurred, it can be a case of fraud. Clearly they are focused to pick the money from customer's pocket with knowing that customer wants their service or not.
