I have been using Gaana app as a paid member for over 4 years and overall I am happy with their content.
But this month (Sept, 2025) at the time of my monthly subscription renewal, the app charged me 3.99 USD consecutively for 5 days. I guess it was a bug in their system, and I was unable to even suspend auto-renewal of the subscription from the App until the 5th day. Finally I cancelled my subscription. I also wrote their helpdesk email with the details of the 5 deductions from my account. It's been 2 weeks since I emailed and there's no response. I am still waiting for my refund. This is really bad customer service and there's no phone number to reach as well.
I hope someone from Gaana.com sees this message and helps me with the refund. Was this information helpful? |
