[Resolved] Gaana.com — please return my money and unsubscribe me from gaana+ | |||
Hello team, I have subscribed for free 3 months subscription previously when i got the Offer from paytm. I was forced to add my credit card details to get that free subscription But intimated that i will be notified through sms/email when i need to get Renewal. But today without any intimation i was charged for renewal of 399/12 Months. From my credit card. Please cancel my renewal and refund the amount to the original mode of Payment. I don't find any option on how to unsubscribe from renewal in gaana app as There no option to remove credit card details. Please return my money and unsubscribe me from gaana+, and also remove my Credit card details. My registered mobile number is -[protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||

We apologize for the delay in response and if our service did not meet your expectations, and appreciate you taking time to share your concern Please note that once you redeem the voucher, it clearly gives a message that to ACTIVATE the GAANA PLUS SUBSCRIPTION complete the details on the payment page and before you choose the plan where on the top the clear message on AUTOMATIC RENEWAL is shown, you can refer the attached screenshot for the same. Hence, this was a completely valid and authorized transaction with prior information to the user while activating the subscription. However, we have already cancelled the auto-renewal so that no further deduction will be done.
