[Resolved] Gaana.com — Refund for subscription | |
Gaana charged me 99₹ for monthly subscription without my knowledge and even cut this amount on odd hours so that even we cant reach them to cancel this. I really want refund for my this subscription and cancel the subscription right now. My account is [protected]@gmail.com and my transaction id for this subscription is Ojh6r_qanasy. I told them several times to cancel any paid subscription but they didnt even bother to understand my concern. I really dont use gaana app even its not have in my phone i really dont want this app so cancel all my subscription and paid refund to me. Thanks alot. I am also attaching screenshot for reference. We apologize for the delay in response and if our service did not meet your expectations, and appreciate you taking time to share your concern Please note that you redeem the coupon on 21st feb 2020 and at that time it was on auto renewal due to which we charged the amount. Please find attached page which appears on the screen when you was redeeming code. Also, this is an authorized transaction.We suggest you to enjoy your current subscription as it is already credited in your account. As requested, the auto renewal is stopped. It will reflect in your profile after 4 hours. Also, your current subscription will expire on 20th june 2020. | |
