[Resolved] Gaana.com — regarding a gaana plus subscription fees twice deducted | |||
Hi there, i would like to make a complain regarding a gaana plus subscription's i purchased on 29th of Sep 2018. The transaction was completed on dated 29 th On dated 02 nd oct 2018 sum of 399 + 399 was deducted two times from my account . Pl. refund the same amount in my Account immediately If we are making only one time payment then why debited twice I had purchased membership for one year and I paid 399 rupees on dated 29th Sep 18 for one year subscription and I got to know I had been cheated because my subscription had not expired. I had subscription till Aug 2019. I need a refund of my money. Complained about it many times but no action has been taken yet... Want to cancel it before next due date... I recieved a amazon gift card of gaana + subscription for 1 month. When i tried to redeem gift card on my ios device, it showed me the message that the gift card is invalid! Now what to do? The company also can’t help me out to get out from this situation!

Today deposited Rs199, name Mithilesh Kumar Minotra from debit card but unableto download songs.
