Dear sir / madam, i have asked for rs.99/- for a months subscription and i m surprised to see that you have taken rs.999/- for a years subscription. Sir, this was totally without any knowledge and communication. I hereby inform you that, revert back me the money which you have wrongly received from me. I renewed my Gaana.com subscription on my mobile today. It is supposed to cost 99 Rs for 1 month, and I made the payment through Paytm. But the money was deducted twice from my Paytm account (99x2) = 198 Rs.
Please help resolve this issue as soon as possible. Waiting for your reply?
