Gaana.com — Subscription is not renewed even after deducting money

I have subscribed to Gaana on 20 June 2021, Sun and the amount has been deducted. UPI Ref no.[protected]. But the app still shows me as free user with ads. User id is [protected]@gmail.com.
Please look into it urgently or refund me my amount. The bank has confirmed that the money is received by gaana. It is credited to Gaana's Bank account on 21 Jun 2021

Even though my bank has confirmed that the money got deducted, you guys did not refund me. Shame, you guys have to resort to such cheap tactics and steal consumer money. Will never come back to Gaana app... Gaana is Ganda app...
