[Resolved] Gaana.com — subscription of gaana+ | |||||
12th october 2017 i have subscribed 3 month gaana+ at rs.208/-. I have paid the amount through paytm wallet. Now, this month on 12th january 2018 the same amount has been deducted from my wallet. I don't want to subscribe the gaana+ this month. My request is to stop the subscription and initiate process to refund the amount. Also look into the matter, howcome, subscription has been renewed without taking my consent. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We are sorry to hear that you would like to cancel your subscription. Is there anything we can do to improve your experience with Gaana? Also, We would like to update you, you have taken the subscription with the Diwali offer where on every subsequent auto-renewal you will get 30% discount and if you cancel the auto-renewal this offer will not be available again. Every month amount is deducted from my account even after deleting my account & completion of my 1 month package.its been more than 4months that the amount is deducted from my account...
