[Resolved] Gaana.com — subscription of gaana+ | |||||
12th october 2017 i have subscribed 3 month gaana+ at rs.208/-. I have paid the amount through paytm wallet. Now, this month on 12th january 2018 the same amount has been deducted from my wallet. I don't want to subscribe the gaana+ this month. My request is to stop the subscription and initiate process to refund the amount. Also look into the matter, howcome, subscription has been renewed without taking my consent. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Every month amount is deducted from my account even after deleting my account & completion of my 1 month package.its been more than 4months that the amount is deducted from my account...
