Gaana — Gaana Spam and no OPT-OUT in their emails | |||
Gaana spams me although I NEVER subscribed or downloaded or used their app for even one second. They don’t give an OPT-OUT or Unsubscribe link/option in their messages on purpose. And you reach their support only between 9am and 7.30pm on weekdays!! (While they can spam 24 hours!) Also, what time zone?! GMT? IST? Also, https://www.consumercomplaints.in says Gaana are good at resolving complaints but show that they only resolved 244 out of 541 complaints. That is not good by any measure!
