[Resolved] Gaana.com — paid subscription not working | |
1. My email id "mahendra. [protected]@gmail.com" is not working and says my password is invalid 2. I have tried resetting my password but the link that gaana.com have sent me just goes back to the login page 3. Though i have paid a 6 month subscription of gaanaplus until september 2019:- - the app keeps saying that i am a free user. - i am not able to download songs and the app starts asking for more money even though i have already paid for six month subscription for hd downloading I cannot find a way to complain directly and get my money back. Please be advised, that if the songs are stuck in queue, you need to delete the songs in queue then logout and login again using the registered details. After logging in try downloading a single song and see it it works. I have subscribed for Gaana plus and the amount has been debited though my apple phone and shows as one of my active subscription but the app continues to show me as free user. What’s worst is that even after repeated emails and chasers the Gaana customer service does not deem it important enough to respond back. It’s like I am banging head against the wall. One of the most frustrating and annoying experiences that I ever had for a product that I have bought.
