I bought a smart phone from gadgets360.com of rs.7200 order id. (Oc4a3c96c645c5ce86) and i received it on 18 april 2017, as soon as i opened it i came to know that the home, back and option buttons were not working then i immediately called the gadgets 360 helpline and informed them then they said that they cannot replace it and i should go to lyf service centre.
