(Oc4a3c96c645c5ce86) and i received it on 18 april 2017, as soon as i opened it i came to know that the home, back and option buttons were not working then i immediately called the gadgets 360 helpline and informed them then they said that they cannot replace it and i should go to lyf service centre. I have ordered 1 Bullet Bluetooth Head set.But I received only Box.There was No item inside the Box.I was really shocked and raised a Complaint.But there is No response and no replacement till date.The customer care is waste and they dont even have traceability of the missing item.I am really fed up and will never order in this website....

I have purchased xolo era hd mobile on 26.11.2015 by COD mode. which has been received by me on 30.11.2015 after cash delivery.But on 26/11/2015 rs 4777 /- has deducted from my bank a/c(transaction failure), which has not yet been refunded.I contact to customer care of gadget 360 degree several times by mail or by phone.but response from them is very poor.I am attaching the conversation mails .kindly solve the issue....
