I have purchased xolo era hd mobile on 26.11.2015 by COD mode. which has been received by me on 30.11.2015 after cash delivery.But on 26/11/2015 rs 4777 /- has deducted from my bank a/c(transaction failure), which has not yet been refunded.I contact to customer care of gadget 360 degree several times by mail or by phone.but response from them is very poor.I am attaching the conversation mails .kindly solve the issue.
