[Resolved]  Gadget360.com — i ordered new lenovo k8 note phone but delivered me used and old phone.

Ordered online a new smartphone “lenovo k8 note” from https://gadgets360.com/shop, on 05-june-2018, for rs.10799. Payment done on website, got order no. O51d3cad4b8366e44d. Phone received me on 11-june-2018, with invoice no. 309/2/18-19/2096 dt. 05-june 2018.
On 12-june-2018 when i registered this phone on “lenovo help” app in the phone and got the information that it lenovo showing purchased date 07-sep-2017 and remaining warranty only 08 days.
So i first contacted lenovo online support, on 12-june-2018 at lenovo website. On 13-june-2018, got email replay from lenovo that phone with imei number [protected], the device is already activated on oct 2017.
Then i informed to https://gadgets360.com on 12-june-2018 by mail - [protected]@gadgets360.com they called me on 13-june-2018 and assure that i had informed within seven days of the product receiving so they will take care the matter. And mailed me to visit the nearest lenovo service canter with the hard copy of the invoice and get letter about the activation date with the authorized stamp. And also ask to mail snapshots of courier packaging, lenovo box that showing imei number, accessories received in the box, and screen shot of the phone showing imei numbers. So i mailed all these to e-mail - [protected]@gadgets360.com except letter from service centre.
After that i also informed on help line number, this time mr salman talked and said he will raise my complain. Later on i got email that without “letter about the activation date with the authorized stamp” they will not able to resolve the matter.
Then on 14-june-2018 i visited a lenovo authorized service centre in lucknow - (Shop no. 2 upper 1st floor 6, park road, vaishali arcade behind vidhayak niwash, hazartganj, lucknow).
Service canter executive told this phone was submitted under repair in lenovo authorized service centre, kolkata on 02-may-2018 for some call receiving problem by mr ram khamaru. From service centre i talked to customer support and mr rahul a support executive of https://gadgets360.com at help line number +[protected]. And also lenovo service centre executive talked to mr rahul. She clearly told him that phone is already sold and repair history also, so it is not a new phone. But service centre manager denied providing “letter about the activation date with the authorized stamp”.
Later i mailed about this and also called again on help line number but their final reply was that without “letter about the activation date with the authorized stamp” it is not possible. I again visited another service centre on 20-june-2018. This service centre also denied providing in written. But there i got lenovo service software screen shot that showing that this phone was owned by some mr ram khamaru of kolkata. Last time it was submitted for repair at “lenovo care hcl, kolkata on 02-may-2018.in service centre they told me that phone was originally with headphone also which was not received to me.
Then on 15-june-2018, i chatted to lenovo live assistance. Chat attended by mr saddam. He told to write a mail to [protected]@lenovo.com and concerned team will help. So i mailed all the details and snapshots with invoice to [protected]@lenovo.com. Got reply from lenovo, on 21-june-2018 that phone warranty updated. When i checked it shows warranty 107 days remaining.
All these information about the phone are available on lenovo website but https://gadgets360.com people don’t want to help and making unnecessary points necessary. Because they had done a fraudulent sale so they are not ready to replace it. They had cheated me.
Lenovo website clearly shows that headphone and charger are now out of warranty, phone and battery had 107 days remaining warranty.
My kind request to you that i want a new replacement lenovo k8 note phone in proper packing and with all the accessories provided by manufactures, with complete one year warranty from the invoice date.

before registering complaint with you Gadgets360.com support peoples were asking to get written and with Authorized stamp from a service center about warranty issue of the Lenovo phone. And they finally told me that if I will not arrange they will not able to process my complaint. Authorized service center were not agree to provide in written. After registering complaint with you, Gadgets360.com support provide me a complaint number and arrange Reverse Pick up the phone. I continuously track the courier and when it delivered to the seller end mailed the delivery confirmation of the courier to Gadgets360.com support. They still took five more days to process the refund and I mailed daily to their support. Finally got full refund. Thanks you very much to www.consumercomplaints.in

After registering my complaint with you. Gadgets360.com people provided Reverse Pickup of the phone with accessories and box on 27-June-2018 through same courier Ecomexpress through AWB No.[protected].

This pickup is delivered to seller in Kolkata, today(05-July-2018 at 12.00hrs) as per the Ecomexpress website.

I had e-mailed the copy Reverse Pickup slip and delivery report screenshot of the Ecomexpress website to [protected]@Gdagets360.com today. And requested them to process the refund.

Kindly help to get this refund from.
