I have insured my LG-D686 on 02nd-Feb-2014 to 01st-Feb-2016 from Gadget Cop. They are committed to cover my phone for any accidental damage for 2 years. I have already avail service for 2 times in which I was not totally satisfied still I managed. This time I called to avail the service on 21st-Oct-2015 that my phone got damaged for which they to took more than 1.5 months to respond, also I have received calls for around 5 times asking that how the phone got damaged. Every time I have responded that it got slipped from my hand mistakenly i.e. an accident. But now they are saying that it is a case of negligence and they will not going to cover the same. They took more than 1.5 months to give this silly reason also this is the 1st time when they asked that how my phone got damaged. I am really fed up with this all. Need your help to get a positive conclusion. Thanks, Vipin Singh +[protected]

Updated by vicky569 I have complained on 14th-Dec but none of the revert has came from GadgetCop. Please do sensitize them as I am getting fed up as of now.

3 times I have also received a communication that my concern has got approved and they will pick my phone with in 2 business days or 48 hours. Their office seems to open Monday to Friday only to launch any complaint or to track the status, but they called up on Saturday to inform about the dis-approval.
